Hello, I'm Kay, I'm based in Cornwall and own two holiday properties and manage four for other people. So a lot of people learn in different ways, either with things written down, so there are things that we can download and use, but the video training actually shows you and takes you through step by step. The other thing I like, in addition to the support from Mark and his team, it's actually the support of other Boostly members. Now often you go into Facebook groups and you get negativity. I can't bear negativity. So in the Boostly Facebook group everyone wants to be there, they've paid to be there, they're positive people.
