Just a quick tip on that for hospitality hosts who are listening. One of the things which we've thanks to Mark Simpson gave me advice a few years ago on this which was create personalized welcome notes with the we're based in Norfolk in the UK area where the boards are and outstanding beauty and stuff like that. We've got these local artists who had done these little cards which we then can copy lots of. So we get these printed regularly and each time the cleaner just writes because we've got the software which says the name of the guests stay in so they'll just say hi Jeff, hope you have an amazing time here and create some great memories. We're on hand if you need anything and it's just a handwritten note where we've we put in a small kind of welcome gift sort of thing. And yeah it just makes the difference because then people go thank you for the cookies and the you know, and the welcome note.
