If you could go back, Is there any advice you'd give yourself or anything you'd change if you could go back? Yeah, 100%. The advice I'd give to myself is get started earlier in short term rentals or property, just start earlier, but get educated a lot earlier as well. I'd have been a lot further ahead than I am now. Not that I'm unhappy where I am. I feel blessed from what I've got, where I've come from, but I could have been a lot further ahead if I'd have done it earlier.
