A short YouTube video (by Mark Simpson) describing Airbnb's Summer 2022 release. The speaker highlights that Airbnb added the ability to find listings via categories (e.g., guest houses) and introduces a second, focal feature: support for direct bookings. The clip is an initial overview that flags those features for further discussion.
First one I just wanted to mention for people who listen, listening. Airbnb recently made a change with their summer 2022 release. And one of those changes is that you can now find places by categories. So one of the things you can do, for instance, guest houses can now be found through categories, which that wasn't before, so definitely worth checking out. But the one that I wanted to dive into that you mentioned was the direct bookings. You can take direct bookings.
