I'm not one of those short term rental influencers that is going to say short term rentals are the right and only way all the time. We have long term, multifamily, long term, single family. We've got a little bit of everything. I think that short terms are definitely the path to get your cash flow where you need it to be, to grow your portfolio in whatever way you want to do that. So whether you want to have a thousand short terms or maybe you want to mix it up some, that's kind of my strategy.
