So we started out what we've done really well was we systemized immediately as we started the business and we spent a lot of time investing in sort of like structure and so it was smoother. And then we brought in a team of virtual assistants based in the Philippines and once we managed to master the art of bringing in the right people to manage the right systems our business just blew up literally like it meant a case of getting new apartments and new properties, bulking them onto our portfolio and then we could continue to scale. So we created a model called systemize, outsource and then scale and that started last year. Helping operators have typically got more than three apartments because you know what it's like Mark there's no off switch so at home Friday, Saturday night you want to sit and relax and the guest is on the phone.
