I wanted to record this just to show you how you don't have to spend a lot of money to get quality photographs for your business or your property. I've seen so many different websites, I've seen so many different listing sites for properties all over the uk and it is astonishing how many people just go around with their iPhone or their smartphone and just take pictures of rooms. Now, that's all well and good just to get something up, but really you need to have professional. So I'm going to show you some, some little tips that I've done in the past. So one of the best place for photographers is Facebook. All you need to do to find somebody local to you, I always type in Scarborough Photography. And then when you get the options come up, you get all of these different options tabs. So all you do is click on groups and all of these come up. Forum, just Yorkshire, all of. So I've joined the unique Scarborough one. And you just basically just make a note of having a look. It's as simple as that. Just, just have a look. And if you do this over a certain amount of time, you'll quickly be able to see who the really good photographers are if you do see a photographer that you like. So all I would literally do, I would just add a little friend request and a little message and the message could be as simple as, hey, Deborah, I saw your photos in unique scab photograph. I really, really love them. I was wondering if you do room photography or, you know, hotel room or property room or property photography, question mark. Just literally like that, you know, maybe even just put a little comment here. Just put in, hey, Deborah, just sending you a private message and then just go down that route. You know, just chat to her like human. Just find out if she does that sort of thing. If she doesn't do it, who does she recommend? You know, it's a great place to start. So that's one option. Another option is to host photography competition. Now, this is really cool and this is a little bit out of the box, but you post up a post on your Facebook page and I would post up on my page saying that you're going to be doing a photography competition and you'd like to invite budding photographers down to your property to take some pictures. The winner, which would be chosen by you, will get a. And you can come up with a prize. You can either do a free, free stay at the property, you can, bottle of bubbly, you can do Amazon gift vouchers, whatever you want, but this way you're going to be inviting people down and you're going to get loads of pictures to get the traction go into these groups. First of all, you would message the admin if it would be okay to post something up. So let's say, listen, I just want to post them up in the group. Is it okay if I do? So they give you to go ahead, you go in here and you just literally. And you would just say, you know, I'm hosting a competition. Who would like to join and explain what it is in here? Post them obviously back to your property page and then on the side of that, you could just go down and just private message these people here to say, I'm hosting a competition. I would love for you to join in. So that's Facebook. Another way is reach out to your local college, reach out to your local university, find out if they've got an art and media department students who would like to come down to your property and take pictures for them in exchange for a project, maybe even give them a bit of money. A lot of the times the kids at these places and the facilities and the equipment that they've got is amazing compared to the pictures that you could do. It would be stunning. Finally, look for local bloggers. Reach out to them and just ask them if they'd like to come down and review your property or stay at your property in exchange for a blog or a photography piece or something like that. A lot of the times people that I've worked with, the bloggers that I know, they are really, really good photographers. So those are the three little tips. Okay, I hope this helps. It's just a short video, just to, you know, just to sort of twist the mind a little bit on how you do these sort of things. But if you've got any questions, please reach out.
