But hey, we've managed to get through this week to today was the final day of the actual education. Tomorrow is going to be a little wrap up party where we announce some cool things and all that good stuff and there's people jumping in. Hello everybody, who's jumping in? So let me just go ahead and do this. Let's do a super quick recap before we delve into the good stuff. So I'm going to hit this. Where does that take me to? That's where I want it to go. So this is the group, as you can all see, this is the Facebook group. This is where all of Thursday's fantastic education has been going on. An hour ago we had the fantastic Maria do something a little bit different. Now what I like to do with these virtual summits is I like to mix it up. I like to obviously have experts from our industry. I like to bring on first time speakers from this industry. But what I also like to do is to bring in people from outside, outside the industry. And the fantastic Karen sent me a message a couple of weeks ago saying you've got to speak to Maria. So sent a quick message and Maria was fantastic and put this video together and it, it was, it's one that I think you should definitely go and check out and we're hopefully going to be doing a little bit more on Mindset and all those cool things in 2025. I've. Which is next month, which is crazy. Before that we had Mr. Alex Shapiro talking about trash. Again this is a key topic and one that I was really happy to sort of put in front of people's so make sure you go and check that out. A lot of people are sort of pivoting to, to the, to the hotel industry which is interesting. Got Vincy team Bruce Lee, hospitable host again, unbelievable story. Shared it fantastically well. Absolute pleasure sir to have you part of this. We had Mr. Ryan Duffy again a chapter I met over in Nashville a couple of years ago. Him and his lovely wife and the, the power couple that is the Duffies and they are part of Hospitable Hosts and again what they built is phenomenal. So, so again do go check out that, that, that session. And then we started off over in the UK Mr. Instagram himself, Paul Anderson did another unbelievable set again, back again but absolutely providing so much value and people were up early to sort of tune into that one. And we started the day with Liz again really, really good session and I feel there's there's, there's themes that always evolve around these virtual summits. Right. And the theme of this summit is what Liz hit on the head which was as we evolve this industry, this ever growing industry and as you know, we are going to get disrupted in however way. The one thing that is a core of this industry is personalization. It's the hospitality. You know, know people come and stay with small businesses within the short term rental world not because they feel like they're going to save a bit of money than staying in a hotel. They do it because they get that personal feel, right. The hospitality aspect of it. And Liz's session hit that, hit that nail on the head. But the good news is, is that even if you've missed a day, even if you've just joined today, because we have had a lot of people join today, there's a mass amount of people who requested to join yesterday, which is fantastic.
