Here’s how I made $30,000 in 5 weeks using an army of AI agents – and how you can steal the system

Mark Simpson built AI agents that generated £30,000 in revenue on a £2,000 spend in five weeks. He walks through a four-level system: custom instructions, NotebookLM for turning transcripts into podcasts and slides, Lovable.dev for building apps from prompts, and autonomous agents named after Greek gods that handle sales, marketing, and operations on a schedule.

This talk I've had in my mind for a while. I've had this booked in since November. And I'll be totally honest with you, I had a talk ready to go, it's been prepared for months. Yesterday morning, before I got on the train, I was looking at this talk and I was like, "It's not right. It's not the right one to give to you today." So I rewrote it totally from scratch yesterday morning, and you're the first people that are going to hear it. This talk with what I'm going to share with you today, if you properly dial in, it will help transform your business. And to give you a bit of context, I've been adopting this, what I'm going to show you today, and it's generated already $30,000 of revenue in just over a month. And I've also spoken to a lot of people on the Boostly podcast, hosts just like you who are using this, who are doing a lot of bookings and revenue, and it's helping their operations and everything. So if that sounds like a talk that you would like to listen to, give me a "Hell yeah!" Hell yeah! Good. Now, why The Matrix? Well, I absolutely loved this movie when it came out in 1999. I was literally a teenager watching it. Somebody at school was selling a dodgy DVD copy that I bought off him, came home and watched it over and over and over again. And I can't think of a better moment in our time that speaks about The Matrix more than where we are with technology in 2026. So there's gonna be a lot of Matrix references throughout today's talk. If you are a fan, amazing. If not, no worries, you will still be able to figure it out. And it comes with a warning. What I am going to show you, for you lucky people that are in this room, will give you an unfair advantage that is going to put you ahead of 99% of your competition. This is not another fluffy talk about AI, about prompts and chatbots and theory. This is about building real systems and tools that will save you time, make you money, and give you leverage. And I'm going to be totally honest and transparent. This talk is going to get me into a lot of trouble because there's a lot of people out there who do not want me to show you what I'm going to show you today. Now if that sounds good, give me a hell yeah! Hell yeah! Alright, I like this. Now this comes with a caveat. I am not an AI expert. I am literally a few weeks ahead of you. My history is I'm a farmer boy. I grew up in a 200-acre farm in the middle of North Yorkshire. I did one thing and one thing only, and I wanted to escape farming. And hospitality, and I went coaching soccer in America. I came back in 2011. I came back into the family business. I started Boostly in 2016, and I've just been figuring all of this out as I've been going along. I am just curious and I like to experiment. What I'm gonna show you, I know that as I'm talking, in your mind you're gonna be like, "Well, but Mark, you know all this stuff." I never went to college. I dropped out of sixth form. I dropped out. I didn't even go to university. So everything that I'm going to show you is not unattainable, if that makes sense. And to prove it, this is me. I was up at our family farm a couple of weeks ago and I found this in one of my mum's scrapbooks. That's not me on the sheep. That's my brother. But that's me and that's my dad. This is taken in sometime in 1991, I think it was. So again, everything that I show you today This is achievable. Now, I'm gonna ask you a question. You don't need to answer out loud. You can write them down, you can put them on your phones, or you can just think it. What are your goals for the next 12 months? What are your goals for the next year? Right? Write it down. Have a little think. Now, when I normally ask that question, everybody comes back to me and they go, 'Well, you know, I—' I'm not going to be able to hit those goals because A) I don't have the time, B) I don't have the money, or C) I don't have the knowledge to be able to achieve them. Now, if that has resonated with any of you, put your hand up. Okay, most of you in the room. So, and I get it, right? You're all busy running properties. You've got all these things going on. And where we are right now with AI and technology in 2026, the only thing that is going to prevent you moving forwards from hitting those goals is your imagination. Because everything that I'm going to show you today dispels the time myth, dispels the money myth, and dispels the knowledge myth as well. Now, hands up if you feel like you're being left behind with AI. There's a lot of you, right? I've got a stat, and I, I came across this last week, uh, online, and it's pretty crazy. So hands up if you pay a $20 a month subscription to ChatGPT or Claude, etc. Quite a lot. So if you pay just $20 a month to one of these big LLM tools You are in the 0.05% of the whole world population. So if you pay, you're already ahead. So if you're feeling, listen, I can't do this, I see all this stuff online, I don't know what I'm doing. By literally opening up your phone, going on to Claude or ChatGPT and paying that monthly subscription, you're ahead of everybody else. And another little thing I want to say to you as well. Is that if you want to become an expert in your chosen field of whatever you want it to be, there's a really cool quote from Jesse Itzler. I love this guy, he's a phenomenal speaker, and he said that if you just spend 18 minutes a day focused on learning of a practice and a skill, you'll become 95— you become better than 95% of the population at that skill. So if you're like, I want to do AI, I want to get good at this, but I haven't got the time Just give it 18 minutes a day. And I'm sure everybody in this room can give me 18 minutes. And if you come up to me afterwards and go, Mark, I can't, I'm going to get you to get out your phones and show me your screen time because I guarantee I'll find 18 minutes doom scrolling on TikTok. All right. So let me very quickly walk to you and explain to you the difference with AI now. At the moment, 99% of you are stuck here, which is chat, which is ping pong. So ping pong, very simply, table tennis, you've all played it. You ask a question, you get an answer, right? You ask, it gives back, and you ask it again and it answers back, and you do the work. That is chat. That is where 99% of you in this room are right now. What I'm going to walk you through and I'm going to introduce you today is this, which is agent. And that is more like golf. So it's a goal and a result. So you've got your starting bit, you've got the, the hole over there, and you literally give it the job, it plans it, it works through the steps, it uses the tools, and it comes back with the result. And that is what I'm going to show you today in this next 45 minutes that we have together. I'm going to teach you the Jack In theory. The Jack— Jack In framework. Sorry. So again, if you like The Matrix, you know what that means. I'm going to show you all of these different levels. Now, again, the context is a lot of you are probably going to be already at level 1. Some of you are going to be at level 2. Very few of you are going to be at level 3, and I guarantee barely any of you are going to be at level 4. Everything that I'm going to show you today, I do not want you to get overwhelmed at all. I'm going to explain why later. So before we begin, now I will warn you, there's going to be a lot of stuff on the screen. So if you've got phones, please get them ready because you're going to need to take pictures. I did think there was going to be screens more there as well, so I do apologize. You are going to have to zoom in. But I'm gonna have QR codes on the screen. I'm gonna have things that you're gonna need to do. So please make sure that you are ready. Wait till the end. That's a great question. Wait till the end. Alright, so let's build these foundations. So before AI can really work for you, it needs to know who you are. I've been working with over 2,000 of our Boostly members for the last 4 months on this. And I've been watching how they've been implementing and working with AI. And majority of them, they skip this step. And it's so crucial that you do this. So what we're gonna do is we need to create custom instructions that gives consistent context, that gives us repeatable prompts and automations. That's how we get there. So we're gonna start with number 1. Now a quick show of hands, who has actually spent the time to train up their AI of choice? Cool. Now, the reason why this is really important is because when you do this and you only have to do it once, your AI of choice, whether it's Claude or ChatGPT, will know exactly what you're about. Now, when I said earlier, what are your goals? These are the sort of things that you need to be feeding into your AI of choice. So it needs to know who you are, it needs to know what you do, it needs to know how you sound, what you never do, and it needs to know the output format. Now a lot of that may sound a bit mumbo-jumbo, so to make it easier, if you scan that QR code, and again, if you're too far away and it won't work, take a picture, you can do it later. It will open up a Google Doc And on that Google Doc is the exact framework of custom instructions that I use with Boostly. And I've taught all of our Boostly members to do it as well. Now, what you do with those custom instructions is you copy it, you paste it into your large language model of choice, Claude or ChatGPT, and you go and you train it up and you say, this is me, this is what you— this is what I do, this is what I want to achieve. And you get to learn it. Give me a quick hell yeah. Have you all scanned that QR code? No? Alright, I'm going to give you 5 seconds and then I'm going to move on to the next slide. 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Meh. Alright. So that's the custom instructions. Now Level 2. This is pretty cool. So Level 1 is all about building that foundation. Level 2 is where this gets a little funky. Now, hands up if you've ever used a tool called NotebookLM. All right, nice. A lot of you in the room have used NotebookLM. Now again, take a picture of this screen. You can go and play with it later. Don't go play with it now. But NotebookLM is a tool by Google, all right? And it's an AI-powered notebook that turns anything into reusable content. So for example, if you watch a YouTube video that you really like, or you take today's transcript of today's talk, you can put it into NotebookLM and you can turn it into a video, you can turn it into a podcast, you can turn it into Google Slides. Now here are some examples of what we've been doing within our business and also as well what other hosts have been doing. So for example, Say again, you watch that video on YouTube, you grab the transcript, you paste it into NotebookLM, and it turns into a podcast episode. You can upload documents, you can upload reports, and you put it into NotebookLM and it will turn it into a nice presentation. You can build anything from that source. So as an example, um, Patrick before was talking about how to approach homeowners to work with him. One of the hosts that I spoke to, they had a Zoom call with a prospect who was going to give them their property so they can manage it out. There was like an hour Zoom call. As soon as the call ended, they grabbed the transcript from Zoom, they pasted it into NotebookLM, and it turned it into a PowerPoint presentation within minutes. And they sent that to the prospect. Now if you're thinking about it, if you're coming up against 3 or 4 other people that are competing for your business and you can send them something like that, it makes you stand out. Now the reason why I am sharing my laptop is that I don't want to talk about it, I want to show it. And I want to show you how easy this is. Now as you can see, I'm a little bit addicted. And I've done a lot of these. And there was a fantastic question, what was your name? Fiona asked a fantastic question. Will there be slides handed out later? Guess what I've done? I've turned it into a notebook and I'll share with all you all later. Now I want to show you how ridiculously simple this is. I'm going to go to YouTube. I'm going to go to Chris Williamson's podcast, Modern Wisdom. All right, uh, Chris Williamson. All right, it's brought up this. I'm going to even take this one. So this is the Amazing Skiff Podcast. Michael Golden, Will Slickers, Brandy, Jamie Lane. I've literally come in, as you can see here, I've just copied the transcript. I'm not doing anything fancy. Come into NotebookLM, hit go, and it says copy text. I've pasted it. That's grabbed the context, as you can see here. And now all I'm going to do is hit that. That's podcast. That slides. That's infographic. Now from a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being, oh my God, this is so hard, I can't do this, to 10 being this is super easy. Where are you right now? If you're at 10, give me a hands up. Anybody can do this. Copy paste and it's going to turn it into an epic podcast. Now I'm going to come back and show you that in a second. So that's level 2. So level 1, custom instructions. Level 2 is NotebookLM. I want to get a little range of where we are in the room. Hands up if you think you're at level 2. Everybody put your hands up if you think you're at level 2. Hands up if you're at level 1, where you do the custom instructions. Alright, people are confident. They think they're gonna be more than level 2. So this is where it gets funky. Now we're ready to level up. Level 3 is lovable.dev. Again, take a picture of the screen. Don't go play with it now, you can play with it later. Now, hands up if you came to the icebreaker party last night. There's a lot of you in the room. Fantastic. I apologize for your hangovers today. Now, as you know, for the icebreaker, I created an app so that everybody knew where to go, the times, location, etc. I created that on Lovable. The Short Stay Summit today, they have been sharing an app. Who's been using the app with the schedule and the times? I created that. And the cool thing about all of this is I created all of those apps in 1 minute with 1 prompt. And I'm going to show you how easy it is. Now, it's not just about building apps for events, although that is pretty cool. We as a community, as the Boostly community, we have been using it to create all sorts of tools. So for example, what I did at Boostly is I've created a project hub. So we do websites as a company, we help people build websites. I build a whole project hub that we can share with our clients to show them exactly where they are in their business. Again, did it in minutes. One of our hosts built a budget tool. So of all your businesses, you've got costs. There was a cost estimator that he built. Somebody built STR Insights, which was a revenue and benchmark tool for their short-term rental properties that they shared with people. We've got people that are building amazing tools, upsell tools. We've got fee calculators and so much more. Now, if you thought that I was a little bit addicted with Notebook, wait until I show you my Lovable. Quick show of hands, who's used Lovable before? Lovable.dev. Aye, we've got a few Lovables in the room. Hands up if you've never heard of it before. Brilliant. You are gonna love this. Again, please don't go play with it now because you will get addicted. Now again, if you thought I was addicted to Notebook, look at this. I got a lot going on, right? And when I say it is ridiculously easy to build this thing, I want to show you how ridiculously easy it is. So, um, there's an event happening tomorrow. Uh, not associated with the Shorts, uh, State Summit. It's another event called Host Planet by amazing human called James Varley. Who is going to Host Planet tomorrow? If you've not got a ticket, it's sold out. I'm sorry, you can't go. But it's a great event. It's happening in London. It's going to be all the cool things. Now, I was looking at this earlier and I was thinking, well, why don't I do James a little favor and create him an app? And I was gonna do it this morning, but I thought, you know what, I'm gonna save it for my talk with you today. So as you can see, I've just gone to his website, right? This is James's website. He's probably spent a lot of money getting this done. I'm just literally on the website now. Now what I'm going to do is I'm going to come into here. This is the London one, and I'm just going to click on the agenda. So I've opened up his agenda page. On here is everything that is going on tomorrow from 9 o'clock all the way to the end. Again, I'm going to show you how easy this is. I've gone onto the page and I've just done copy all and copy paste. I'm going to come back to Lovable and I'm just going to paste it in here. All right, step 1. Step 2, is I'm going to use this tool called Screenshot Go Full Page. Now this is a Google Chrome extension, it's called Go Full Page, uh, it's a Google Chrome extension, it's totally free. So go and make sure you add that to your notes. I'm going to save it again, very important. I'm going to come here and I'm going to upload that screenshot. And I'm going to do this. I'm going to do that. And all I'm going to do now is I'm going to type in, I want for you to build an event app for me, for Host Planet, using the colors and the branding. And I want it to be epic. Go. What it is literally doing now is it is going out and it is building that app for me. I've not spent thousands and thousands of dollars on a website designer. I've not stressed about text or copy. I've not had to figure out coding. I've not had to do any of the nonsense that goes with building an app. And it's going to do it for me, and it's literally working right now. I'm going to come back to this in a wee minute because I want to show you some other cool things, and we're going to see what it has created now. I want to get a little bit of, um, vibe of the room right now. On a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being, 'Oh my God, why are you showing me this? I regret, I want to go to the pub,' to 10, 'This is pretty mind-blowing,' where are we at? Who's at 1? Who's at 2? Who's at 3? Who's at 10? All right, all right, we're going to come back to that. Uh, do, do, do. I'm just going to say skip all and just build it. Now, there's another cool tool that is getting very popular. As you can see, I cannot type. I'm very awful at typing, but I can talk, and all of you can talk. You can talk faster than you type. This tool is getting very popular. It's called Whisper Flow. Hands up if you use Whisper Flow. Yeah, a lot of you. Go and grab it. Basically, the way it works is that instead of typing, you just talk into your device and it will do it for you, which again is epic. So that's working. We're going to quickly come back to Notebook because the first infographic is ready. So do you remember when I said that we got the transcript of the podcast of Skift and I pasted it in? It's developed an infographic. This is a social media graphic that if you wanted to come off looking all clever on LinkedIn, 'You can go and post that up there,' right? And it's literally taken the podcast and put it into here, which is pretty cool. Uh, we're going to come back to the app in a wee minute. All right, next one, and this is where it gets a bit funky. So this is your AI urgent agent. This is your co-worker. This is where AI stops helping you with one task at a time and starts running jobs in the background on a schedule. So it logs in at a scheduled time, it checks your systems, it collects your data, and it reports back. You assign the job, it does the legwork, you review the result. Here are some of examples of what we have been building within the Boostly community. So number 1 is your daily OTA calendar checker. So one of our hosts built a tool that goes and scans Airbnb, Booking.com, and it checks their property management software for sync issues. So it checks for double bookings or pricing gaps, and it flags problems before anybody else notices, literally while the client and the customer and the host is sleeping. Another agent that they created, it monitors nearby listings, so monitors the competition. It checks for reviews, it checks for pricing, it checks for availability changes, and it delivers a summary while the host was having their morning coffee. And the other one which I really love is daily landlord prospecting. So they built an agent that goes and checks Rightmove, goes and checks Zoopla and other sites for new opportunities of landlords that you can approach, and it builds it on a fresh lead on a CRM while you can focus on sales and ops or your guests. This is literally what you can create. And again, the awesome thing about this is that they're doing all of this for $20 a month, not hundreds, not thousands, $20. You can see now when I said at the very start that the only thing that is going to stop you from achieving your goals isn't time, isn't money, isn't knowledge. Because believe you and me, some of the people that are creating these amazing tools and agents are idiots. So I am an idiot as well. And so if we can do it, anyone can. and this is how we all fit it together. So we don't try and go balls deep on Level 4. If you are at Level 1, now you can go to Level 2. If you're at Level 2 checking out Notebook LM, now I'm going to let you go to Level 3. If you're messing around on Lovable, let's go and build agents. Now I'm going to ask that question again. And I want everybody to join in this time. If you're at level 1, honestly put your hand up. There's no right or wrong answer. Great. So what I would like for you all to do at the end of today is to try and move to level 2. You can do this while you're on the train home, flying, wherever. Hands up if you honestly think you're at level 2. Fantastic. So for you, I want you all now to go and play around with 'lovable'. Hands up if you think you're at level 3. We've got a couple, nice. And what I want for you to do is to start looking at agents. Now honestly, in the room, who's at level 4? Okay, Ballers Pete, I like it. I need to tell me about that later. Now I want to very go quickly back and look at Lovable, uh, Lovable. Yeah, this is what it's put together. So this is the website that's been put together, and remember This looks pretty slick, right? I think we can all agree this looks pretty cool. How much work did I do? The answer is jack shit. I copied and I pasted and it put together a really cool looking website. All right, now there's a level that I held back from, and this is where it's going to get sexy because this This is where I think all of you can get to in a couple of weeks. Because remember, I am only a few weeks ahead of all of you. I started doing this on March 1st. January and February, I was checking this out. March 1st is when I got going. So I'm literally just a few weeks ahead of you, and I'm in the matrix. This is where I'm at right now. Let me tell you what I built. So right now, while I'm at this conference, while I'm at this event, while I was hosting icebreaker parties last night, getting very drunk, I've got 22 AI agents running across sales, strategy, research, monitoring, and operations. Over the last week, and this is one of the reasons why I wanted to rewrite this talk, I've scaled this down to sales and operations, and the reason being is that for me, in my business, I can see how I can use AI agents in sales and operations. Full context, I also hire 25 humans, uh, to do a lot of the day-to-day work at Boostly. But since January 1st, every single Friday we meet And now I'm training my humans how to create their own agents. So if I've got 22 agents working for me, my goal by the end of Q2 is to have my humans having agents working for them as well. So we can grow from a team of, let's say, 20 people to a team of 200 people by the end of this month. So again, time, money, knowledge. If I was to grow from 20 to 200 people, I have not got enough money to do that. But with this, we can. So what have I built? Now you will notice a theme with the agents that I build. I name them all Greek gods, or from the Greek mythology. And the reason why is that my most important one is called Icarus. Now, who remembers what Icarus was in Greek mythology? He flew too close to the sun And he burnt. So this is a daily reminder to me to don't be too cocky, don't be too cheeky, don't fly too close to the sun, because otherwise these AI agents will be all in my bank account. I don't let them anywhere near that, right? So Icarus is my chief of staff. Every single morning it reads all of our data and it gives me a founder morning debrief. Literally at 4 AM it does the work. I've got Taish. Now, Taish will go into our CRM and it scores every lead from 0 to 100. It looks at all of the data that we have. It goes out into the world of the internet, looks at LinkedIn, looks at websites, looks at all of the things, and it will score each individual lead from 0 to 100 based on if they think will be a good fit for Boostly. And it's doing that every single day. The CRM that we use is Close. By the way, I've got Daedalus. So if you remember Icarus, Daedalus is his dad. So Daedalus, every single day, he is then in charge of doing outreach. So if any of you have got an email from me over the course of the last 45 days that I've been doing this that goes, 'Oh, that sounds really personal. I can't believe Mark Simpson knows that much about me.' Sorry, it's not me, it's Daedalus. So what he does is he takes all of the data that is out there on the internet, he looks at your competition, he looks at what you're doing, and then he basically comes up with a message and a personal outreach that will then look so personalised that you're going to pay attention to it. I've got Hermes that every single day it goes into our CRM and it is building out other custom outreach depending depending on where you are in the world. So the message that I send to America will be different to somebody that I send in the UK, to different to somebody that I'd send in Australia. And we've got operations as well. We've got Heimdall, we've got Athena, we've got Argus, we've got people that are doing tech, agents that are doing TechScout, everything. Now, why do I tell you this? Well, this was my Matrix moment. And again, remember, I'm only a few weeks ahead of you. So in January and February, I was learning, I was absorbing. I've got a podcast called the Boosted Podcast. Who's listened to it before in the past? Oh, look at you. Thank you. Uh, a big part of the Boosted Podcast is interviewing hosts. So I piqued my interest. I saw people that were doing cool stuff, and I said, come on the podcast and talk about it. Because in January and February, for selfish reasons, I was learning with what they were doing. On the 28th of February was when it all sort of boiled. I fired my last human sales dev rep, development rep. And for context, last year in 2025, I spent nearly £50,000 on appointment setters, otherwise known as sales development reps. Um, I hired lots of them. Every single one of them failed. And on the 1st of March, I started to go all in on The Matrix, on the AI agents. My one rule was that I did not want this to become an expensive hobby because I've seen all of the shiny objects that are online. You just have to go on Twitter, you just have to go on LinkedIn, and you can see what all the peoples are building. And I was just like, if I'm gonna do this, I do not want this to become an expensive hobby. It has got to generate revenue before that first month was out. So on the 7th of March Hermes started to sweep our CRM, which is Close. He found a lead that had ghosted us since 2024. So what that means is that they spoke to us in 2024 about using our services, and because they had spoken to us, no human appointment setter or business or salesperson would have found it again. So they had the wrong tags, they're invisible in a system. Hermes sent a hyper-personalized outreach email, that host got the call, booked the call, and they signed up. That was a $4,000 deal there and then. My human would never have found it, but my AI agent did. Fast forward to today. So we're the 22nd of April and it's generated— I check this as well because every single agent has got a tracker on it. We've gone £30,000 worth in revenue. From leads that were just sitting in our CRM. My humans would never ever go anywhere near it. So you may be thinking, £20,000, £30,000 revenue, brilliant, but what was the spend? So my total spend with AI since the 1st of March has been £2,000. Now if you were going to generate return of investment, I think that's alright, don't you agree? Good. So that was my Matrix moment. Now you may be thinking, well, Mark, that's— That's you, that's what you do. I don't do websites. I'm a host. I'm a property manager. I'm an X, Y, and Z. So what I wanted to do is I wanted to put on what other cool people have been doing. And this is just a very small sample. Jason is out of Nashville. He built his own AI guest messaging tool. Hands up if you use and you pay a big monthly subscription for AI messaging at the moment. I know a lot of you do. So he's now saving $600 a year instead of using third-party tools. This is why I said I'm gonna get in trouble for this talk, because a lot of people do not want me to tell you this. We've got Clive. He built his own AI operations tool. So if you use a pay-for-an-operation service at the moment, you can do this. So he called his agent Big Lou. Big Lou handles all of his end-to-end operations. A guest complained of a broken plug in one of his properties. The guest emailed in or messaged in. Big Lou took the message. It reached out into the network and found a repairman to come and fix it that day. The repairman emailed back and spoke to Big Lou. Big Lou spoke to the guest. Everything that was from communication from guests to operations was handled by Big Lou, and it was fixed that day. Zero human involvement in the middle. And Hanno, who's based out of Washington in America, he built his own Asana. Who's heard of Asana or Monday? Yeah, he built his own Asana. So we had an agent that scraped 400 messy inbox threads, categorised recurring issues, and it generated a full checklist and operational SOP fixes. So this has helped boost his 5-star reviews. Now, I, Jason, Clive, Hanno, none of us are developers. None of us are experts. We're just literally a host who wanted to make a start. And last week I messaged this guy. Hands up who uses Hospitable. Hands up if you're in the Hospitable Facebook group. So this guy uses Hospitable, and Hospitable are one of the first PMSs to launch what is called an MCP. Now I'm not going to get technical and geeky, but they've built a tool that will connect your PMS to Claude for free, and you can all use it. Scott, he basically got started and he put a post up in the group, and what he did was he used Claude to read all of his messages from guests on Airbnb everybody that has booked with him last year, and he said to his AI of choice, I want for you to send a personalized message to any guest that has stayed with us in 2025 about upcoming availability that is coming up. So who has got availability coming up? All of you. Now that agent went out and it sent 100 messages over the course of a couple of weeks to all of the guests who have stayed with him before with a personal message saying, hey, Laura, thanks so much for staying with us. The property that you stayed with last year, it's got availability. You can bring the kids, yada yada. He sent that message out. The agent was doing it for him while he slept. And by the end of the first week, he told me that he had generated over $7,000 worth of bookings. And he is talking about this every single day on a free Facebook group. And again, Scott said at the very start, he is not a developer. He's just connected the tools and he's made it work. Now, uh, where is this? Ah, okay. Now what I will say is this, is that this tool that he's talking about I created a version of it for free, totally for free. Now, if you would like a copy of it, super simple, because I know you're all going to want a copy of it. A tool that will connect your PMS, whether it is Hospitable or Guesty or whoever there are. I've connected a tool that will connect all of them to Claude. If you would like that copy, all you need to do is go on Instagram, go and follow Boostly UK and send me one word and one word only, and that's the word matrix. All right, go and send me that and I'll send you that tool that you can literally plug in and use. Right, where are we at with all of this? So I guarantee as we are talking now, there are two groups that are forming. The first group is the green pill. If you've seen The Matrix, you'll know where I'm going. So the first, the first pill, the green pill, the first group You are gonna listen to this talk, you're gonna watch me speaking, you're gonna go and you're gonna be like, 'Ah, it's alright.' You're gonna dismiss it as hype. You're gonna see your costs for your SaaS products that you use keep rising. You're gonna stay manual, you're gonna stay reactive, you're gonna lose 10 to 15 hours a week at least on admin, and you're gonna watch your competitors pull ahead. And then there's Group 2. This is the red pill. You're going to commit to giving me just 18 minutes a day to implement this into your business. You are going to build tools for a fraction of the cost. You are going to automate 3 to 5 recurring tasks per month, and you're going to free up 10 to 15 hours a week for growth work. You're going to build systems that compete— compound over time, and you're going to have agents running across your whole business. And listen, Group 1 is not stupid. They're busy and they're skeptical and they're waiting for the proof. I really hope that this session today is the proof that you need on what you need to do. So this is why I ask this question to you, London. Hands up if you're the green pill, where you're gonna stay where you are. Hands up If you're a red pill, that's what I like to hear. All right, so you're listening to this, you're thinking, Mark Simpson, this is great, but where do I get started? So this tool and this tactic is something I've been teaching for years, and it's so easy to do. So what we have to do is we have to identify the tasks in our business that we need to be able to give to an agent. So please everybody, take a picture of this screen. And I would love it if you all over the next 7 days implement this. And when you do, send me a copy on Instagram. Just take a screenshot and say, 'This is what I've done.' So for the next 7 days, let's just say we'll start this next Monday because you're obviously in London at a conference. But the next 7 days, I want for you to track every digital task that you do. Alright? Every hour, note it down. You can put it on a phone, you can put on a piece of paper, you can put it on a Google Sheet, wherever. And at the end of the 7 days, I want for you to review the list. And then what we're going to do is we're going to give it a number. Number 1, it's hypercritical that you do that task. I'm not going to tell you what that task is, but you know that literally only you can do that role. Then you're going to give it a number 2. So it's important, but push comes to shove, I could give this to an agent to do. And then number 3 is a task that you should not be doing. Remove it, automate it. And again, I'm not going to tell you what that task is because it is going to be specific and unique to you. What I would love right now— now you may have something in your head that you're thinking of. Who wants to put their hands up and shout out what they think that number 3 task may be? Who wants to give it a go? Again, there's no right or wrong answer. Yes, Tammy. Scanning reviews. Scanning reviews. Yeah, I like that. Love that. Anybody else got one? Johnny at the back. Telling the guests the Wi-Fi password. Telling the guests the Wi-Fi password. Love that. Anything else? Yes, my man. Sending information to accountants. Sending information to accountants. Finance people. Absolutely. Good. Now, I want to give you 6 warnings before you get going. Because I guarantee you're going to walk out this room and you're going to be like, 'Right, I'm going to get going.' So remember Icarus? My agent is my constant reminder that I don't get too cocky and don't get too close to the sun and burn it all down. This is my 6 warnings to you so you don't get burned. And again, this is Icarus in the background. He's got an open claw because that's the technology that I use. Alright. Warning number 1: It is very addictive. You will know what I mean. You will sleep less. You will want to do this all the time because as you get going, it is very addictive. I have been consumed by this since the 1st of March. My social media feeds are ridiculous. My Twitter account used to be nothing but Liverpool, Marvel movies, and Sydney Sweeney's boobs. Now it's all AI. Number 2: Do not throw all of your personal and private information into AI. Please put a little bit of self-guardrails on. Don't go all in. So again, don't give it your bank details, don't give it your Google password, right? Don't give it any of that. Be careful, be clever. Number 3: Don't be this guy. Always check what your AI is doing, because if you let it, it will just go off on a mad tangent. So you do have to check. Warning number 4, and this is the important one. Do not bury your head in the sand. Coming to conferences and events is great. You absorb and you take on a load of information. As soon as you leave that door, you go, 'Ah well, that was nice,' and then you'll never implement it. There's gonna be a lot of you who will just go, 'I'll come back to this next year.' Please do not do it. You have got an unbelievable opportunity to get ahead of all of your competition, and you can take Patrick's talk and Hayley's talk and this one and actually change your lives. Warning number 5: no two AI setups are the same. Now, you would love to go back and try and build what I've built. But I have built what is bespoke to me. This is why if there's anybody out there that is charging to set this up for you, it's a scam artist because it doesn't need to be that way. The AI that you build will be different to what you build to what you build. So please make sure, yes, take on board this information, but plug it straight into your Claude and say, bespoke this for me. And do you remember what I said at the very start about setting the foundations? When you give it custom instructions at the very start on Claude, on ChatGPT, etc., everything that you feed in will bespoke it around you and your goals and your business. Does that make sense? Give me a yes. Good. And warning number 6. Do not keep falling for the next shiny object, because I guarantee you there are a lot of shiny objects out there. There are a lot of people out there who are trying to sell you shiny objects. Always remember that we— you, doesn't matter what your skill level is, how much money you've got, or your knowledge— you can build what a lot of them are selling. Remember that. Now, normally this is where I open up to Q&A, but like I wrote on this t-shirt, there will be no Q&A. Ask your AI agent. Because I am gonna give you, like I promised, all of the notes from today's talk. And I guarantee you're gonna come up to me later when I'm having a beer and a pint in this lovely London sun, you go, 'Mark, can I just pick your brain for 2 minutes?' 'You know what I'm gonna say?' 'Ask your AI. Ask Claude. #JustAskClaude.' Because it literally is that simple. You can take whatever I've shown you today. You can take whatever YouTube video is out there. You can take whatever blog or whatever you see online. Copy it. Paste it into your AI and say, 'Build this for me. Do this for me.' And I know it's that easy because I have been doing it since 1st of March. And all of the things that I've shown you is proof. Now, if you do want those notes and the slides from today's sessions, scan that QR code. If you can't scan it, take a picture, or just go to Instagram, follow Boostly UK, send me a DM with one word and one word only, which is 'matrix.' One word, one word only, which is 'matrix.' And I don't even need to tell you the response that you're going to get back because it's not me that's sending these messages, it's one of my agents. Right, ladies and gentlemen, I've got one question and one question only to ask you. How much has your mind been blown over this last hour? If it's 1, which is rubbish, 10, which is unreal, where are we at right now? If you're at a 1, put your hands up. If you're at 10, put your hands up. Fantastic. My name's been Mark Simpson. If you've enjoyed my talk today, thank you so much. If you've not enjoyed my talk today, my name's Brian Chesky. Thank you so much.
