I created the community just to make better use of my time, because here I was spending 10, 20 hours a day giving the same exact spiel. Then I said, you know what? I'm just going to have an online Facebook group where we can all add value to each other, where it's not just me coming with one perspective. That Facebook group has grown tremendously in the past. I think I've only started it a year, and now we host online meetups once a week where we have, like, industry professionals and different realtors, different investors kind of sharing their stories. That's been awesome reward for me.
