Finding a way to have all of my lodging rent at the same time. So, for example, I had people reach out to me about having weddings. It didn't cross my mind that this would be a perfect venue for weddings. Having weddings, having the events that has allowed me to book everything at once for one fee. It helps me to plan everything out. It makes it easier for my cleaning team because they know a start and a stop time.
