What perceptions have changed over that two years? I thought if I just put the cabins on Airbnb, they would do everything for me and I'd be all set. And that is not the case. I discovered that I needed to market. I also realized I needed different avenues that's would come and stay with us. And then they wanted to book again. And it seems silly to have them book again right through Airbnb when they're already communicating with me.
