Huge, I think. So there's a couple ways on what I always say that your guest is looking for when they initially book with you, and usually that, of course, is price, location, and style. People want to stay in places that are better than their current properties they're living in, I'm sure. And it's safe to say, anyone listening to this and yourself, I'm sure when you're looking for a hotel or an Airbnb or anything that you're gonna go on for vacation, you're not looking for a house that looks like what you currently are living in, or less than. You want to feel luxurious in that moment. You want to stay in something unique.
