What if I told you that you could fill your calendar without spending a penny on ads? Here are seven social media moves that every host should steal. Number one, stop hiding behind Airbnb. Pick one platform where your guests hang out. Instagram, TikTok, Facebook. Go and post your content there. Number two, craft a one line story. But for example we're a dog friendly cottage or on the Yorkshire coast where couples switch off for the weekend. Guests book stories, not listings. Number three Instagram. This is a trio of things to remember. A killer photo, guest reviews, short reel of you opening up the property. Post it weekly, pin it and always say book direct, whether that's via a website or via link in bio. Number four TikTok trends one lady that I spoke to used a TikTok trend of a Wes Anderson soundtrack. 120,000 views. Weekend sold out in just three days. So go open the app, check the discovery, copy the trend and use your location. Number five Borrow influence. Find micro influencers, work out a deal with them. By working with these micro influencers you can get in front of the right audience and they can create quality content and finally capture emails with wi fi login tools like Stayfi. Grab those guest email addresses and and then send quarterly newsletters with photos, local tips and you will get those repeat bookings coming back fast. And number seven, track your profile views, your booking clicks, drop what doesn't work and double down on what does. And if you want to help boosting your bookings, just comment the word rocket and I'll send you my free guide on how you can grow to 65% direct bookings.
