Hardest part about writing an about page is definitely knowing your audience. And the interesting thing is is that the hardest part of accepting your audience is feeding on your your own end. A lot of business owners think that they can help anyone. And as a property owner, there's no reason for you to think that anyone can't stay at your property. That's you don't want to turn anyone off. You're scared of making it seem unappealing to anyone because you don't want to lose that business. That's completely understandable. And I'm not going to stand here and tell you to be super controversial and turn people away. That's, that's certainly not what I'm going to go what my goal. But with that being said, anyone is not your ideal client. Just because anyone might be able to stay in one of your rooms, that doesn't mean that's who your best client is. So it seems that a lot of you have three audiences. That seems the common theme. And there are some ways that you can narrow it down to just one of them. So when you're thinking about your audience, ask yourself some really key questions about each of those three avatars. Who's the easiest to take care of when they come to stay with you? Who gives you the least grief? Who gives you the most grief? Who requires the most out of your staff? Who requires the least? Who's the friendliest customer? Who gets to stay with you? Go back and look at your reviews. Who is saying the nicest things? What demographics are in common when you get a great raving five star review? Who are those people? Who are the ones that are referring your business? All of those qualities are what makes an ideal customer you want. The ones who are going to want love their stay with you so very much that they can't wait to talk about it and just have a great experience and share it. That's your ideal customer. That's who you want to speak to on your about page. That doesn't mean other people aren't still going to love your property and want to stay with you. It just means that that is the person who's going to be the most valuable to you. So you want to make sure that if you can book your rooms the most often with those kinds of people, that's what you're doing. You want to give yourself the best chance to have the best customers stay with you. Now if you go through that process and you're still convinced that all three of those audiences are completely equal and utterly valuable to you, that's understandable. That's your business. It's your decision to make. In that case, what I would recommend doing is searching for overlapping interests. Instead of speaking to a demographic, an age group, a gender, family, single, that sort of. Instead of speaking to that, speak to their overlapping interests. Speak to people who love horses. I think that was one of the commonalities. Speak to people who need accessibility. Speak to whatever the overlapping interests and requirements are and turn that into your story, into your important, gripping, relevant story. Speak to that quality in them. Again, look at your reviews. What do people talk about the most in all your 5 star reviews? What are the things that matter the most to people? Speak to that. That's probably a commonality. And again, look at who is, who is leaving them. There's almost always one that will pull ahead, but if it happens to be three, then they definitely have something in common. You just need to figure out what that is. As I said, it's really difficult for me to give you high quality advice specifically on your individual audiences without having one on one conversations with you and looking at your reviews myself and all of these sort of things. It's really process. Hopefully this little update video gives you enough to go back and dig in a little bit deeper yourself and apply that to your about page. But if anyone does need that extra helping hand and want to work with me one on one, I'm going to amend my special offer to Boostly members. The link's gonna be the same, the price is gonna be the same. I'm just gonna add a bonus for everyone who signs up that there'll be an additional 30 minute conversation where we're gonna nail down your client avatar and we're gonna figure out exactly who we're speaking to before we even start to talk to them on the about page. So that's just gonna be an extra bonus for anyone who needs the helping hand. But I do hope that this video helps at least a little bit and I sincerely wish you guys all of the best. Thanks so much for your comments. It's been really fun getting to talk to you. Okay, good luck.
