How To Get Your Guest's REAL Email Address. 🚀

Before we start today's episode of the Boostly podcast, I have got some exciting news to share with you. For the month of July, I am giving away one month trial of the Boostly content creator. Now, you may be asking, you may be thinking, well, what is the Boostly content creator host that I have come into contact with in the five years of doing Boostly? And when I say to them, you need to be posting every single day on social media, you need to be emailing, emailing your guest and your list, they always say to me, I haven't got the time. And I can't think of a better month to promote the Boostly content creator than July. Because right now everybody around the world is busy, busy, busy, busy. And they haven't got the time to think about the marketing or the social media or the emails, when in fact the best time to do marketing is when you're at your busiest because that means that you always have a pipeline coming through. So I created the Boostly content creator for busy hosts. Now what do you get? Every single month you get 30 to 40 pieces of fresh social media content that you can use for your social media channels. LinkedIn, Instagram, etc. You also get video templates which are designed to stop the scroll on social media, which is really powerful. Email templates designed by expert copywriters that are working so well. Georgina Bearman messaged up in our Facebook group to say that she used to one of the email templates and got free bookings, direct bookings instantly, which more than covered the cost. You also now get website headline generator tools. You get a money back guarantee and you can cancel anytime. The price is only five pound a month. And right now when you sign up, you go into the boostlycontentcreator.com you add to your basket in the coupon code section, you type in July and you get the first month free. Now that is only available for the month of July. After that it's five pound. If you don't want to continue, you can just cancel at any time. But please make sure that you go and you use the booster content creator. My goal is a month in the month of July is to get 1,000 new hosts to register and sign up. This is how powerful I know this tool is because the email templates in itself are providing a massive return of investment and I would love for you, for you to come and join. This is for new members only. Just go to boostlycontent creator.com add it to your basket, put in coupon code July and I'll see you on the other side. Right now we've got that out of the way, let's get on with today's podcast episode. So here's a really quick update from the boostly tune up where I am helping casa for you in Javier, Janek and Tim, they've got one unit that is struggling to shift and I've got some cool news of a little tactic that we did which is going to get people from the point of booking to get in their email list to build a database. So you may remember right at the very start, one of the things that we did, we created a guest information Google Doc and we sent this out at the point of booking. So this is their Lodify account. This is the automated confirmation booking email. Now if you use logifier you will recognize this template and basically what it states is most of the normal guff that you see. But we've got here, please can you fill in this short form as will help speed up the check in process. When you arrive, click here and it takes them to this section. I've just been informed by Janek that we are having a lot of people fill this in, which is fantastic because now we're getting the real email address. Finally we're getting the first name, last name, mobile number, guest names and passports. And finally we're getting the confirmation to go and add them to our list. Now the beauty of having something like Google Forms, it means that you can then use Zapier. So Zapier is an API tool. So what it does is it connects one system to another via API so it can automatically automate this whole process. So instead of your neck and Tim having to waste time by going into here, every time that somebody's filled it in, taking it into Mailchimp, you could be wasting 5, 10 minutes easily a week doing that. This does it automatically so it just straight feeds him. So not only are we making them more bookings, we're saving them more time. Now an alternative to here could be jot Forms. I love Google Docs Google Forms because, because it's free, easy to use and most people know how to how to use it. And again, that API syncs it straight in to our email marketing software tool. So let me know in the comments if you were doing something similar to this. Again, if you're using Jotforms, Google Forms, if you've got something else up to start to build that email database. Now we have started to send out referral emails. Do you know any emails? And we're going to also now start to send out the FOMO and the Staycation emails as well, so I'm looking forward to reporting back on them. This is the Boostly Tune up series. If you would like me to help you and delve in and do a done for you, type Tune up like a service. Then all you got to do is email markooster.co.uk, in the subject put Tune up. I haven't a price, I haven't an idea if I'm even going to do this yet. But if many of you, if plenty of you from the the podcast tell me so, then I'll definitely consider it as something to do in the very near future. So again, just boostly.co.markly.co.uk in the subject heading put Boostly Tune up. I'll collate all of them and if I get enough interest I'll turn it into a thing. I'll be back tomorrow with another boosted podcast episode. Until then, stay awesome. Be proactive. Don't be reactive. Let's go get some Darren Bookins Having.

A blast Gonna get it on the Bruce Lee podcast. Bruce Lee like Bruce Lee cuz it's so hard and the T is loose leaf making up those rhymes. Don't write it, just do it loosely.
