One of the things I learned from Boost Le was when you're doing your pre check in, why are they coming to the area? Like why are they coming to stay? And we quickly learned from that that actually a lot of them are coming in bigger groups, they're older and following up once they've checked out like yes, they go do the reviews etc, but following up with an actual survey after is what do you think we can improve on? How was the check in process? What do you think worked? What do you think we could do better? What did you not like?
