Mark Simpson explains how to get better results from ChatGPT by asking clear, specific questions instead of vague ones. Treat it like a world's best intern: tell it what you want, what the constraints are, and what success looks like. A prompt like "write me a blog post" gets generic output. Be specific about moving from A to B.

The normal GPT. So OpenAI. Now I could just type in someone saying write me a blog post, but this prompt engineer has come in and is asked a better question. So again it's all about typing the better questions. It's all about asking this robot how to get you from A to B but being more clearer with what you want. And the best way that I always talk about describing this is just imagine you've got a person in front of you. Just imagine if you've got the world's best intern in front of you, he's a thousand times more smarter than anybody else that is out there on this planet. And if you were to go to that person and just say write me a blog post, they could do it. Yeah, but it won't be what you want. What you need to do is you need to speak to this technology. As mad as it sounds, as you're speaking to a person.
