I really think it just depends on the deal, the market, and the type of house that you're going for. If arbitraging makes more sense versus co hosting, but being open to both, you really can't go wrong with. And I think it just depends on who you're trying to help. Because if they want that stability aspect of it, and they don't want to kind of participate in the highs and lows, it's the seasonality of it, arbitrage makes more sense. But if they're looking just to they want to have the same the benefits, and they're willing to kind of go up and down with you, then co hosting makes sense. And either way it's a win win.
