So think about what you can do to control that and focus on yourself and just make sure at the heart of it, there's two things that we're selling. Like I said, a real comfortable night's sleep and make sure you tap into host GPO and fantastic things. They can get on there to get that. But also as well, it's that hospitality aspect. And doesn't matter whether it's guest number one or if it's guest number 100 or if it's guest number 1000, you've got to make sure that every single person that comes into your, into your property has that same experience. And if you can tick those boxes off, and if you can do that, and like Laura said, don't make them feel just like a head on a bed, then you will succeed time and time and time and time again, and the cream will rise to the top. And that very oversaturated area where you are now, regulations or whatever happens and comes through your town, they'll just go away and, you know. But if you stand the test of time and you do what is right for you and you will absolutely smash it.
