And when I realized that that was not being applied in the world of vacation rentals and short term rentals, I was like, well, there's a good opportunity here. And doing a bit more research, I understood that there were already tools for this, but it was not that easy for people to implement them and to stay on top of, to use them properly. So, yeah, combining my entrepreneurial spirit with the opportunity in the marketplace and seeing just how much more could be done with the right tools and the in all my previous companies, that's always been the reason of my either success or failure is putting the right people with the right tools in place in the right market.
