When you start out, if you try and do everything yourself, you'll have a really, really busy job for long hours, seven days a week. And of course, the customer, you know, the guests come first, so you could hear from them at any point. So we did training to make sure we got VAs on board to help with our systems, and that was after being up and running for about a year. And now we've got a great team who cover a lot of the hours and they're brilliant and I wouldn't want to do it without them for sure.
So team is so important, isn't it? Team is just. That's one thing which we see reoccurring, that nobody's an island and they need, you know, you need good people around you 100%.
