My family has a working cattle ranch in northeastern Montana, and my father in law bought the old Fort Peck Schoolhouse that was built in 1934 during the Great Depression. It was a schoolhouse where all the kids in the area went to while their parents were building the dam. And he bought it at an auction for $1, moved it all in one piece. It's 5,000 square feet. It was just an incredible thing. We remodeled it and moved it on the banks of the Missouri river. And we we started it as a short term rental in 2019. And it's been an amazing journey for us. And then I started a company, Adventure Away, as a way to just manage and provide this opportunity for more hosts and to just allow them to experience this and just to come on this journey with us. And just looking forward to learning more from you. Thank you so much.
