Hi Haro here from the Hybrid52 bed and breakfast. I've been in the industry hospitality industry for 30 odd years. Studied hotel and catering management in my home country, the Netherlands, came to the uk, worked in London in various hotels, various positions. Just loved doing it. I left the industry for six months and came back as I didn't enjoy being civilife or non hospitality life. Worked in London, the south east, the northwest of the UK and since November seven years ago been running a small bed and breakfast in Weaverham in Cheshire. Three bedrooms where I'll be doing the cooking, the welcoming, the ironing, the cleaning, making beds and everything else. Love it.
