Hi Mark, My name is Ashley Whitaker. I am the owner of Vacayouild homes, which is vacayouild.com we started as long term landlords. Basically we've always wanted to build a portfolio that we could get passive income and have our own time freedom. And we went into fix and flips and wholesaling and stuff like that to be able to help us scale and to grow faster than waiting every 10 years after we built up that $20,000 or $30,000 that we needed to buy home. So that helped us kind of speed up our process a little bit. And then we found out about the short term rental market and how it was doing. And it's probably been about two years now that we opened up our short first short term rental. So that was our ultimate goal.
