Hey, good afternoon all. Fouad Bazi from Detroit, Michigan. And this is my minute of me why I got into hospitality. Reason number one, since we've had little kids who are now 8, 6 and 3, my wife and I started using short term rentals so that we would have our spaces of privacy once they go to bed. Reason number two, I'm a real estate investor, have some other real estate investments and this allowed me to combine that passion with my passion for travel. And reason number three, the primary reason, the thing that kind of took those two and merged them together and kicked us into overdrive for us. When my daughter was one, she's now three, we found out she has severe, severe nut allergies. Best food allergist in the world is in Long Beach, California. We knew we were going to have to be there every two months for the next four years in order to help her overcome and go through the program. Being a finance guy and a former banker did the math. I knew that it was going to cost us about $50,000 over the next four years of renting homes in California or hotel rooms. And so overcoming that, decided to buy a house in Huntington beach, use it when we need it, put it on Airbnb. We've now scaled to other markets, continuing to scale. Rest is history.
