My name is Karen Cinzio. I appreciate the opportunity to tell you a little bit about myself and our business here. We bought a home in Indian Rocks Beach, Florida about two years ago, rented it for a year to the previous owner, and then the last year we've been renovating it. We put a pool in behind me and lots of beautiful amenities down here in the lanai. We have a 65 inch TV behind my son who's videotaping right now. We got a ping pong table out on the side and all kinds of things to make it fun and memorable for a family who may rent with us. And we had about two renters so far. We have five books for next year. We have someone booked for the Christmas week. And I love being in the short term rental business because I love preparing our home so that other people can enjoy it and make memories because that's what my family is about, making memories. Again, thanks for the opportunity to speak with you about my business and my name. My business name is Sunshine Stay Irv. You can find me on Instagram and Facebook. That's Sunshine Stay Irv. Thank you.
