Hey there. My name is Terri Trifaletti and I am the co owner of the Simply Home host company in Charlotte, North Carolina. We are a boutique rental property management company and we host 15 properties in the South Charlotte area and we've been in business for just over four years hosting on Airbnb and vrbo. We've grown our business from owning our own properties to managing for clients and we are looking at expanding our business in 2023. We're very dedicated to creating a management company that focuses on excellent customer service and unique properties, luxury properties. And I'm actually a new member of Team Boostly as we are trying to learn how to better market our properties so that we can get more direct bookings.
