A short interview segment (YouTube video by Mark Simpson, Jan 3, 2023) where speakers discuss software tools they use to run and optimize a short-term rental/property business. Although they currently manage a single property, they use multiple platforms to simplify operations: a PMS (Logify), dynamic pricing (PriceLabs), Airbnb ranking tracker (Rank Threes), and market/competition analytics (AirDNA).

Even though we only have one property right now, I would say we use just about every software that exists to try to make things as easy as possible for us. We do have a pms. We use Logify for that right now. Use Price Labs for our dynamic pricing. We use Rank Threes for tracking how we're performing on rankings on Airbnb. We use Air DNA a lot for kind of judging where we're at against our competition in the market.
