Faith Scott Hill built MMSTR Market to help short-term rental operators manage guests through CRM, tags, funnels, and retargeting. StayFi captures emails from all guests at a property, not just the primary booker. The speaker maintains a contact list of over 10,000 names.

Over 10,000 contact names
And I'd say the newest and most interesting is MMSTR Market. My short term rental bill, Faith Scott Hill created a platform that really has helped us to streamline using CRM, using tags and funnels and great templates for retargeting our audience. And so we have over 10,000 contact names. We use StayFi at the homes to gather because that was the other thing. People would come and we'd only capture one person's email. Yet 20 people are staying there. And so now with StayFi we're able to capture more. And so I am a huge fan of using tech.
