Never expected this to be a controversial topic, but it is. The most common thing all ODAs like Airbnb and booking.com tell their str owners is that we're partners, but they're anything but that. We're just a number to them, just another money making machine. They only think about us when we get them a booking, and they don't do anything to promote our listing amongst the millions of others that exist on their channel. So here's my question for you.
