I have 35 of them are in Philippines. They handle all my backend work, which is the operations side, which is guest communications, which includes screening, which includes checking guests in. It also includes the cleaning, scheduling the cleaners to come out and purchasing supplies, and scheduling the maintenance of the units and recording it to the landlord so they come and fix it and all the operations involved. That's like my biggest team out in the Philippines. They handle everything. And then I have a finance team that handles my bookkeeping and my accounts payable for all my rents and my utilities. They also look at all my leases and do all my renewals. They also do my bookkeeping and forecasting and expense management, so they make sure that I know what's going on in the business.
