Hello everybody. What I wanted to do is I want to show you and I want to document to you what I am doing in Bali. Alright? So one of the first things that I really wanted to do with the Sahaja Sawah and with the website is I wanted to turn it into a mousetrap. So some of the first things that we really focused on was the pictures and the tagline. So experience the real Bali. We are really focusing on the last month on our ideal customer, our customer avatar, which are the guests that we want to rock up here and that will know and get us. We then amended the website to speak to our ideal guest. About us page is one of the most important pages of every website. It's the second most visited page. So what I'm going to be working on this month is we are going to be totally changing the wording in here and also as well, one of the main reasons why people keep coming back here is the staff. So we're going to have a separate page for every member of staff that's going to have their story on it. With the website we wanted to get more and more people on here. It's been recently designed and it does look stunning. It's got all the key things, latest reviews, icons, really good pictures, all booking engine now stripe doesn't work here. FabPay and all of that doesn't work here. Current way to get payments, whether they book via an OTA or direct is they have to send out an invoice. It's so long and drawn out. For example, the manager, when a booking comes in, they have to firstly approve it. So there's no instant booking. So something that I'm looking to be doing over the course of the next few months while we're here is find an alternative solution. Okay. So one of the main things of what we wanted to do is I wanted to get the bid on brand in Google Ads working really well. When somebody googles the Sahaja Sour in Bali, then it is one of the ones that comes up. We've got in here and we've got the key things in the right places. So Sahaja Sour official resort experience to real Bali. We've got in book directly with us for the best rates. We've put in the phone number so someone can WhatsApp us directly. We've got in places that you can link straight to the villa pages so where you can book check availability and all of the key things are in the right places. Now let's just go back and quickly look at what we've achieved over the last couple of weeks, we've got an average cost per click of 12,000 rupees, which is basically 65p. We've had 70 clicks over those 70 clicks that we've had at least two bookings come on the back of it. Those two bookings are brought in well over $1,000 in return of investment. The next thing that I have done for them is I've set up a Facebook messenger box. When the guests arrive, we give them a welcome card and we also send them a WhatsApp message when they arrive. We're basically saying for our introduction messages to find out more about the resort, more about the village and the surrounding area, click here. And what it does is it opens up straight onto the arrival message. They will get a welcome message that we have pre programmed in from Arianny, who's the manager here. And we're also going to get a little video and what it's doing over the course of three days, these messages are going to go automated and it's going to go out. So in the first message it just gets everybody to know, okay, so this is the property, this is where reception is, this is where your kitchen is the next day and this goes out 12 hours later. Automators. It will give them a little bit of an idea of the welcome pack, what they can do and any upsells also as well. What we're doing here is we want to encourage people to start taking pictures on Instagram and Facebook by putting in a hashtag barley. One day later, we're telling them about the tours. Now all of this is being done automated. All of this is then going into their Facebook messenger next. And I've got two more things to show you. Productivity and the foundation. Current booking system at the moment means that the manager, the boss, the person who runs the whole show here is having to spend a lot of time dealing with tasks that I don't think she needs to be doing. We did over the course of a week is I got the manager here to put down everything that she's doing on a day to day, hourly basis, morning basis, afternoon basis, and how much time she spent on each task. Then in the second week we came and looked at all of that and then what we're gonna do next is we're gonna find those tasks that only she can do, find the task that maybe she could outsource and find, find the tasks that she should definitely be outsourcing and then we're going to put in the structure and the procedure to show how she can go about finding people to outsource these tasks too. Really focus on the tasks that only she should be doing. And then everything that we are going to outsource, then it's going to be a case of okay, so this is how you record it, this is how you document it, this is how you then find people to do these tasks for you also as well. Another thing is that what we found out, that all of the tasks or things that she thought we need to be doing here was just being put down in piece of paper or on notes and it was just all building up and it wasn't ever going anywhere. The list was getting bigger and bigger and bigger and bigger, but nothing was ever being done. So what I did is I introduced any do. What it does is it helps take your tasks and things when they come to mind. You can either schedule to get it done today, tomorrow or next week. Okay, let me just move on finally to the foundation. One of the big things about coming over here was about the foundation. We found out about it last year. What I love about the resort and what they are doing is that they are putting a lot of resources, their own money and their own time back into the local villages. There's so many villages around here, families that are not drinking clean water. Water. One of the things the foundation have done here is that they are running a campaign right now to get thousands of water filters into thousands of villages. Here's the GoFundMe page. We've got a goal to get €5,000 over the course of the next couple of months. Anybody who donates, I will come up with a special thing that I can do for you in return. I don't know what that is yet, but here's the ask go to and I created a link. Boostly.co.uk waterfilter ever donate or share it on your social medias. I want to try and get to that 5,000 goal as soon as possible. If I've ever given you any support, any guidance, if you've watched any of my videos, if this video has helped you, or if you've watched any of them and it's brought back some form of investment to you, whether that's monitorial or just knowledge, I need your help on this. If you want to find out more about the foundation, just go to sahajasawa.org, find out everything that they're doing in the area. They're building schools here. It's insane what they are actually putting back in and it's one of the big reasons why that I'm here to help promote this as well and just to figure out what we can do. And that's pretty much it. That's the first month. This is what we've been doing in. If you've got any questions of what I've shown you just there, just. Just let me know.
