This YouTube video features a speaker (Mark Simpson) discussing a passion for rentals and arguing that hosts should offer guests more than accommodation alone. Post-COVID, the speaker emphasizes adding activities and connecting guests with adventure providers such as boat trips to enhance the guest experience.
I'm always, I always worked in rentals and rentals is my passion. And what I do in my free time more is yeah, hanging out with friends and do activities. That's another thing after Covid activity thing. So not only. Not only booking accommodation. So we need to offer more the guests. We need to connect to adventure providers or boat trips. Like of course, these are the number one boat trip.
