We have some mixed use buildings where we have restaurants and bars and other retail businesses with apartments above. And that's where, you know, some folks started running from us and turning them into short term rentals because they, they like the fact that we basically built walkable, you know, we had walkable buildings where folks wanted to visit and then from there, this is kind of where this idea grew.
