Road to 1,000 Users | Boostly Connect Full Walkthrough (Launch Day is Monday)

All right, welcome back. The journey to 1,000 users on Boostly Connect. It's been a while since my last update because I've been really, really busy behind the scenes. We have been really busy behind the scenes getting to this stage. And right now I am recording this on Thursday the 16th of April. We are 4 days away from launch day. Finally, after what has seemed like 18 months, maybe more, in development, we are here. We are ready to to go, and it's going to launch on Monday the 20th of April. I'm going to do a big live stream at 9 PM UK, which is 4 PM Eastern, on the 20th of April. Please, please, please come and join me. I'm going to be on Facebook, I'm going to be on YouTube, LinkedIn, everywhere. Demos, how to get started, and all the good stuff. But this video is like the pre-video, the like the teaser video, to let you know what is coming and to give you some examples, because we have been working with 8 testers behind the scenes. We've been building, and I mentioned this on the last video, but thanks to the new AI tools that are available to us with Claude and their latest models and all of these cool things with Coworking Code, it has massively improved our product. And I'm so glad that we've waited until now to launch this because it has given us a chance to really, really make this product as cool as possible. So this is the domain that we just launched last week, boost, uh, connectyourpms.com. You can go there right now and you can come and check it out. You can see the latest video that we just did. We got somebody on Fiverr to put that for us together, which is great. I'm very happy with how it came out. You can come and you can literally get your name down for the waitlist. You will all get first access to this on the day, which is very, very cool. So the page is being put together. If you've ever been on any Boostly website, you'll know that this follows a theme. For those who are watching this for the first time, what is Connect? Well, let me give you a quick background. So we have been working with now for over 2,000 hosts over the last 10 years. We've generated over a billion dollars in bookings. Right now we've got just shy of 1,000 customers with us and they've all got Boostly websites, which is fantastic. And we've been all built on WordPress. Up until now. We've had lots of people come to us that just aren't a fit to work with us. So for example, our packages start at $5,000 and then it's $100 a month to continue working with us. You get a fully done-for-you website, you get the GoHighLevel CRM, you get twice a week coaching calls, you get a community, you get 80 hours worth of training videos, which is great. Unfortunately though, a lot of people don't have that money or, you know, don't understand what the product actually is, etc. Or they just, you know, they just don't want a done-for-you website. They maybe have a website already. So over the last 18 months, I wanted to put together something that where people can still work with us, get all of the fantastic tools that we can give hosts around the world that's generated over $1 billion in bookings, but not have to fork out $5,000 or have to get a new website and yada, yada, yada. This is what Connect is. And we started it at that first principle, but since then it's really taken like a, like a mind of its own of what it can do. And this is like the beauty. Of having tools like AI and having some amazing testers to work with, because we've realized that we can do so much more. And just to give you a super quick example, go watch the video. It will basically break it down exactly what it is. But with Connect, it's going to plug into the top 27 PMSs, and we're adding on PMSs now pretty much every week. AI has massively sped that up because in the past it would take us 4 to 5 weeks, maybe 6 to 8 weeks to get a PMS added into our integrated Now we can do it in days, which is great. And we've actually got now PMSs coming to us. There's like a queue lining up to get access to this, which is phenomenal. So here's how it works. The problem at the moment is that so many people have got maybe a PMS hosted website, owner, es, hostfully, guesty, etc. And, you know, everybody knows they're crap. The PMSs know that they're crap. And, you know, because that's not their core business model, right? Their business model is the PMS. The website is so key and crucial to your operations if you want to go and grow your business, getting more direct bookings, getting more clients, getting more customers, getting more homeowners, all that good stuff. So what people go and do is they then go and get a WordPress website, right? And they'll go on Fiverr, or they'll work with their friend, or their friend's auntie's uncle, or they'll go with somebody that was tagged in a Facebook post or group or whatever. Unfortunately, 99% of them are crap. If they haven't got the integrations into the PMS, you're basically buying a website that's just going to connect with a widget, and that's not good. You've got to constantly update your website. You've got to constantly fix the things that are broken. So we've sort of stole the march on this and become the recognized brand in the industry because we built these API integrations. We've signed partner agreements with them. We don't just have access to their API docs. We've got access to their whole team. And what that means is that what we built for our customers is that when you've got your details on Guesty, say, all of your properties, all of your listings, all of your descriptions, all of your pictures syncs naturally in real time from your PMS to our WordPress plugin. We sit that onto our framework and it just delivers a website that works. Our framework works. It's what's driven all these bookings. Now, what we're noticing is that people have WordPress websites, but then they can't connect it, and they try and find people who can, and they go again on Fiverr, and they'll find somebody in, you know, India, Pakistan, Philippines who tries to do it. It doesn't go right. Again, they just try and get API docs and hope for the best. It doesn't work. So we're trying to figure out how we can help this industry who maybe can't afford Boostly's $5,000 package, but still wants to get bookings, still wants a website that looks good and works good. And that's what Connect is going to be. So that was the principle of what Connect is. It connects from the PMS to your WordPress website via a dashboard that I'm going to show you. So the first thing that we've done is that we've taken our WordPress plugin and we've ripped it out of WordPress because I'm a big proponent of building your business on your own land. And somebody said to me last year, Mark, you talk about not building your business on Airbnb land all the time, but do you realise you're the biggest hypocrite? And I was like, okay, you've got my attention. What do you mean? He said, well, Mark, you've built your whole business on WordPress. And I didn't have a response. And so that was like the kicker to go, we got to get this done. And obviously the context as well is that for Boostly as a business, we very much reliant on WordPress, not WordPress, but website packages to be sold on a weekly basis. You know, we have to sell 5 every week to keep the lights on. And because we've got, you know, staff, we've got team members, we've got bills that need paying, etc. So at the same time with AI, it's amazing. Claude, OpenAI, all those cool things, Manus, Perplexity. Gamma. You can go on Lovable right now and say, design me a website, and they will pretty much put a website together. But the problem with that is that all of these AI websites that you see, they look fantastic on the front end, but they're crap in the back end because they still haven't solved this problem of connecting your PMS. Make a little pen out here. To here. There's no connection. So it's like a, it's like a beautiful car body, right? It's like looking at, let's say, a Lamborghini. Let me see if I can get a picture of Lamborghini up here, a Lambo image. Right? So they look great. Right? They look fantastic. But if it hasn't got the engine, it's not going to go anywhere. Right? If these are your things. So this is the thing that we've, we've basically created. Is that we've created a solution that sits in between here and here, and it's called Connect. And I'm going to show you that dashboard in a second. So that's fantastic. So now we've got a separate dashboard that sits here, that connects all of your PMSs into here, and it goes off to wherever you want it to go to. So we started with WordPress, and we're like, this cool, this works. And we've been testing it with our testers. And, you know, we've got all of our customers that are going to get moved on to this model when we launch. But as we started to build this out, we realized that we can do so much more because now that we've got Guesty coming into Connect Dashboard and Connect Cats to WordPress, we're no longer just building on the WordPress land because we've pulled it out of WordPress and we put it into our dashboard. There's so many other places that we can connect to, hence the name. So what we've realized is that with the Connect Dashboard now, we can go so much more places. Number one, been GoHighLevel. We already work with the CRM. All of our customers at Boostly are on it. We've got the agency-level account and everybody's got their own sub-accounts. And from me just doing a little bit of chatting and research, I've noticed so many other people in the industry are using GoHighLevel. Now, GoHighLevel is probably one of the most used CRMs that is out there, but probably one of the most unheard of CRMs that is out there because they white label their product. So loads of people use it. You just look at your favorite marketing company of choice and they are using GoHighLevel. They just don't say that they're using it because it's a white label product. Now, I don't mind saying it. We use it. We use GoHighLevel, right? We don't hide the fact that we use it. And with Connect, the cool thing is, is that we can work with all of these companies that use GoHighLevel now because we've created an app on the marketplace at GoHighLevel for Connect. So all of your data syncs in from your dashboard to here. Because anybody who uses it— Market My STR, GoSTR Marketing, Vintory— any, anybody that uses GoHighLevel, the problem is— and I've spoken to Scott, I've spoken to Sam, I've spoken to Brooke, I've spoken to everybody that uses that platform— is that the biggest pain point with their customers is that they still have to manually export all of their data from their PMS and they have to manually import it into GoHighLevel. So you have to import in all of your guest data. That's a massive faff, right? So instantly it solves that problem because whenever a booking comes into Guesty, or whenever you collect the data, whether it's on Stayfy or through guest forms or whatever you're doing to collect data, it will sync in real time from your PMS, from your Stayfy, straight into Connect, which will then go straight into GoHighLevel. So it means that no manual exporting and importing and uploading. Phenomenal. Also as well, what we've been able to do, and I'm going to show you in a second, is that we've been able to create a solution that syncs all of your listings in as well. And this is where it gets really funky. And I'll show you that in a second of what you can do with it. We're not just stopping there. Now that we've taken it out of the WordPress world, we've now got the ability to create more connections to more places. Because I know that not everybody likes WordPress, even though it is the number one CSM that is out there. 42% of all websites in the world is powered by WordPress. It is a dominant leader at the moment. I know that not everybody likes it for loads of reasons. Why? People like using Wix, people like using Squarespace. So we're now going to start building the connections to there. And also with the rise of AI, Claude, Perplexity, ChatGPT, Manus, etc., we know that a lot of you like having your PMS details on your favorite AI of choice. So we're building those connections at the same time as well. All of this basically means that all of your data is not just going to stay on your favorite PMS of choice. It can go further and further and further. And the cool thing is, and the thing that I want to let everybody know, is that we're creating this for free. So we've built this for free because we know that there's a lot of people who sit in this world here because if you look at the data, 85% of all Airbnb listings or all Airbnb hosts in the whole world have 1 to 10 properties. The problem is when you've got 1 to 10 properties and if you're just starting out, so if you're year 1 in business, you know, you want to do all the things, but you haven't got the funds to do it. So, you know, if you've got less than $50,000 worth of revenue coming in, not bookings, but revenue coming in, and you know, you go, right, I want to, I want to do more. I want to, I want to market more. I want to get more properties. I want to grow. I want to grow. I want to grow. And then it's like, right, $5,000 here, $10,000. I just haven't got the money because it just takes up so much of your overall revenue. But how do you grow? And this is going to be the tool to do it. So we want to give it away for free and we want to help you grow, right? 10 listings, 1 PMS integration. I'll show you what that means in a second. Then the starter level for growth, when you've got past that 10 listings and you're going up to 100 listings, is the growth model. So you'll be able to get started, have your tool that connects into your PMS to your dashboard, goes off to a WordPress website, $29 a month when you get past 10 listings. All right. And then we get to the cool bit, which is the pro, right? So up to 500 listings, one PMS integration, and now you can start to add in the GoHighLevel app, which is phenomenal. That's $97 a month. And then we get to the funky bit. This is the bit that I'm really excited for. Is this, which is the scale. So you'll see here, it looks a little bit different. Up to 1,000 listings, GoHighLevel app, pretty standard. But then you've got this, which is the 5— what is going on with Loom here? You've got the 5 PMS integrations. Now, what does that mean? Well, let me tell you. So remember when I said that we've got the ability to sync from here to here? Well, what we discovered is that we don't just have to stop at one PMS account. Okay, you can sync all of these PMSs into your dashboard and then send them wherever you want to go. But you may be thinking, Mark, well, who would be doing that? Well, I've been speaking to a lot of Airbnb coaches. People have got masterminds, people have got organizations, people that have got, um, a network of friends in their town, in their city, in their state, where they pass bookings to each other. I've been speaking to a lot of people that would like a solution where they can have other hosts list their properties on their website or a direct booking website or a listing site. And if they were to get them a booking, they would pay them a commission, a referral fee, an affiliate scheme, some may say. And this got me thinking, well, we can do this with Connect. Okay. So let's just say I've got 5 properties on Guesty. A friend of mine who lives in the same town as me has got 5 properties with Hostfully. I've got somebody who's got 10 properties with Toki. Someone's got 100 properties with Uplisting. We can have our own dashboard. We can sync all of our properties into that dashboard, and we can create our own mini listing site that's separate from our own direct booking website that will just promote all of our portfolio. Who can we put that in front of? Companies. Easy one. Corporates, businesses, contractors. Those of you that are in World Cup cities, for example, for the FIFA World Cup, you could create your own Boston, Dallas, Atlanta, Miami, wherever these World Cup games are happening. You can create your own little mini listing site and focus and promote it, and the website would be all soccer-based. For a, a contractor example, the website would be so solely contractor-based or business-based. Or if you're going to do Coachella, Palm Springs, you'd do a Coachella-based website. Right. And the beauty of all of this is that you don't have to spend thousands putting a website together. You can literally do it in minutes, free. And I'll show you how, which is great. And these are the tools now that WordPress are giving you. So WordPress have got a latest Elementor update within it, and it is literally vibe coding. They're all starting to look the same, and I'm going to show you exactly what it looks like in a second. So you could be somebody, for example, who wants to build out a solution that can have all these people connect in, and that is what Scale is going to be. So you can have 5 PMS integrations going into one dashboard, okay? And you can create as many websites as you want, right? And it can have up to 1,000 listings on there. So if you wanted to create 100 websites with 5 different PMS accounts for 10,000— for 1,000 listings, you can do it. And all of that data will then sync into GoHighLevel as well, and Wix and Squarespace and all of the OTAs. So if you're a coach So I'm speaking with Mike and the team at the STR Secrets, right? They've got, you know, 100, 200, 300 students. They can set up a solution where they can sync all of their data into their dashboard. And then they can see, you know, how their students are doing, who needs a bit of help, where the bookings are coming, where they're not coming. And they can also as well create their own STR Secrets mastermind listing site. And they can have their own website and they can spread, spread it around so they can have one for Boston, one for Dallas, one for wherever. Do it on states. I don't care. And the cool thing is about this is that if you use up your allocated 5, then there'll be a thing in the backend that you can just go add an extra PMS and you'll just pay a very small monthly fee to add them in. And then it's up to you how you charge the commission. If you want to do it on referrals, if you want to do a subscription, you want to do a listing, or if you just want it for vibes, do it for free. But we're speaking with organizations, we're speaking to people that are having to deal with MPs and members of parliament, we're speaking to people who are in the US that have got legislation and regulation coming in and they're going to chambers of commerce and having to say to them, listen, we're not Airbnb scam artists, we are professional business owners that drive millions of revenue into our towns and cities, yada yada yada. Having a website that you can quickly put together to put in front of somebody to show them this, you can do it with this, which is so cool. So that's the vibe. And the final option is as well, and I'm calling to all of the vendors out here that are watching, let's just say that you do revenue management. Right? You've got, uh, 10 clients that are doing revenue management for you, and you're looking at ways to make your deal, your product, your service, your offering more sticky. You— this is a totally white label product, right? You can come and work with us at Connect. You can start offering this service to your clients. We will work out a white label rate with you, and then you will just pass the rate on to your clients, and you can mark up the cost and make a bit of money out of it as well. We do all of the support, we do all of the everything. Content creators. So if you're a content creator, you travel the world working with businesses, right? You do a one-time deal with, let's just say that we can put together a website for you. You would sync all of your partners' properties that you work with all over the world. You can sync that into your own little listing site. And you, instead of you having like a one-time deal, you can have recurring revenue coming in by simply having it on one website with all the partners that you work with and recommend. And if somebody books on their, their property, then you get a commission, which is epic. So there's so many examples we can do with this. And this is why I'm really excited, right? 20 minutes in, let me show you exactly what it looks like. So this is like one of our testers. This is his dashboard. Okay, so we've got the admin dashboard that will show all of the properties that we connected to. And at the moment, we're at 10 clients with 543 properties. My goal because the title of this video, Journey to 1,000. I want this to be a journey to 1,000. And as soon as we launch, I'll be able to give you updates on this and on the socials as well. So this is Blake, 10 properties, all that good stuff going in. This is his 7 days, 30 days, 90 day run rate. He's got all of the things that he's got connected, upcoming check-ins, booking status, booking sources, all that good stuff. Right. So this is connected into his Hospitable account. He's syncing this into here. This is his dashboard. From here, we then take all of this data and we send it off. So he's obviously got a Boostly website. So the first things first is that we sent it off to de-des.com. Okay. So the website, the homepage, this can be any WordPress website. Obviously Boostly website clients, you've got a hunt, like a, an advantage here because you've already got our framework that works. If you've got any WordPress solution, you can literally sync this in. As soon as you install the plugin for WordPress on your website, you will have an API key in the background that will you then connect. Again, the word connect from here to here via the plugin in the backend. I don't want to get too technical, but as soon as you match it up, the Boostly Connect will take over the search bar. And it will take over the listing page or the map, which is here, and it will take over your listing page as well. So all of this information that you see here is synced in real time from Hospitable into Connect to the WordPress website. Okay, so pictures, listings, etc., dates, pricing, all of the things, right? The date— the guest simply puts the dates in. They go and book and it goes straight off to hospitable. Phenomenal. Well, that's pretty standard, right? So, but that's great because now we can have that solution ready in minutes. All that Blake needed to do if he wasn't a Boostly customer is just have an existing WordPress solution. And if he hasn't got an existing WordPress solution, you can go and create one literally in minutes. Now you can go to wordpress.com, go and get the Elementor theme for pennies to the pound. You can even vibe code in a homepage of a website. And you'll have it up and running. That's the, that's the Lambo that I was talking about, right? The beauty of it, the, the engine is this, the sync, all of that good stuff, because now in real time, all of Blake's properties are going into his website so people can make bookings, right? That's cool. That's step one. Now the next step is GoHighLevel. So like I said, a lot of people use it. We know hundreds of you do use it. We've got almost 1,000 people who use ours. And this is what Blake's backend dashboard on GoHighLevel GoHighLevel looks. Now, as you can see, the difference between your GoHighLevel account and our GoHighLevel account is that now that we've got the app installed, you've got listings. So this is Connect Listings and this is Connect Bookings. So all of the listings from Blake's dashboard has now come into here, which is cool because he's got them all in. And I'm going to show you in a second what you can do with it. All of the bookings and all of the contacts, they're synced in as well. So everything is literally syncing in. As you can see, it's done via our little app. This down here. Now you may be thinking, Mark, I haven't got a GoHighLevel account. No worries, you can sign up to ours. And then all of this with the power of what we built will go straight into the Connect dashboard and then straight off to Hospitable. So this is what I mean. And he can now, if he wants to, he can go and create hundreds of websites, thousands of websites built into here. And he can go and he can go and build out his Connect dashboards and he can go and get more hosts. Doesn't matter what platform they use, doesn't matter where they're based. He could create an LA one, he could create a Houston one, he can Galveston one, he could create— and he could just vibe code a website together in minutes. But the beauty of it is Yes, you can vibe code a website together, but if you can look fancy on the front end, but if you haven't got the engine, it will not work. It will be crap. If I can get 1,000 users, 100,000 listings, then we can do some really cool on the backend by creating the ultimate direct booking platform that everybody has been asking me for, and I've never known the way to do it.
