You know, the FOMO aspect, if anybody sold anything last minute and, or bought anything last minute, you know, Black Friday, for example, when the sales are just ridiculous, that FOMO fits in and they just wanted to secure the booking. One of the things that I talk about, and I love to talk about this tip, because so many people don't do it and as soon as they do, they see the win, is the next year that you know that these booking, these dates are in the calendar. Football weekend, for example, super bowl weekend or whatever it may be, there's a big date in all of our calendars. Wherever you are in the world, close the those dates out to the OTAs. Close those dates out. So, and then you add the little extra element of FOMO in and you send an email out to your list that you're going to start building to say, hey, this date, football's in town. Places are going to be booked out solidly. Get your bookings in now, dump up the FOMO and say the only way PS the only way that you can book is direct with me. So call me, email me, go to my website. These dates will not be available on Airbnb.
