Sergio Castañeda quit his job at 26 to build a brand, but ended up as a one-man operation cleaning and managing short-term rentals himself. He got so caught up in back-to-back work that he lost sight of his original vision.

26.
I used to be a one man show. I was doing all the cleaning, I was my own handyman, I was responding to all the guests, all the inquiries and I was literally all over the place. I had quit my job when I was 26 so that I could make a name for myself. I could control my time, I could work on my brand and the long term vision. And I was so consumed in the day to day that I lost sight of that long term. I remember one day in particular I had back to back cleanings which professional cleaners out there might laugh at me.
