So I want to say my biggest challenge at the time was that I wasn't treating it like a business. I wasn't building a brand for myself. Essentially, it was a hobby, and a very stressful hobby, to be honest. But, like, without me, there was no cleaning being done. Without me, no guests were being responded to. Without Airbnb, we wouldn't even have guests to begin with. And so I was essentially just going through the motion. But there was no branding or long term vision, and I knew something had to change at that point.
