How do you stay up to date with all the latest trends and ahead of the competition? Is there any kind of things that you listen to, any blogs or podcasts, or is it just something which is there any habits that you do which keeps you up to date?
I think it's a mixture of everything you just mentioned, but also networking in the industry. Word gets out pretty fast in this industry, especially. Michael's obviously done a great job of that with everything he's done with, you know, hostfully and Gasti, and then, you know, those relationships that that creates into other relationships. And then same, you know, have a couple business partners with some properties and, you know, just and they have other business partners and other properties. And so just networking and, you know, listening to what's going on in the industry has been huge for at least for me.
