Hi, I'm Kim.
And I'm Dave. And we're the men of Paces.
This is our minute of me and our story about how we got into the hospitality business starts a few years ago. We were renting. We were vacationing on Cape cod for about 10 years, crashing on couches, futons and where.
Best friend's grandmother's house for a good solid 10 years. And then in 2019 we went to rent our own short term rental in Cape Cod. And that's when Kim had the lovely idea of purchasing one rather than renting.
Yeah. So we found a house sitting on the market. It had a good rental history and we bought it and decided to vacation hack. So we thought we'd use it ourselves for a couple weeks a year and then rent it the rest of the time to cover expenses that has snowballed since then. So now we're helping others do the same, managing and also expanding to other parts of New England, doing fall and winter destinations up in the mountains.
