The Boostly AI Agent Buildathon Bootcamp (Monday 11th)

Mark Simpson launches a three-day bootcamp teaching short-term rental hosts to build AI agents that automate guest messaging, repairs, and upsells. He walks through four levels: custom instructions, Google's NotebookLM for content repurposing, Lovable.dev for no-code apps, and autonomous agents. Real examples include Jason's guest bot, Clive's repair coordinator, and Mark's own system of 13 agents led by one named Icarus.

joining us in the Zoom room. We've got a lot of people who are ready on social media and YouTube. We are currently streaming over on LinkedIn, on Facebook, uh, maybe even X as well. I haven't checked, but we're here in the Zoom room. We've got a lot of people jumping in, and welcome to day 1 of 3 days— Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, the 11th, 12th, and 13th of May. And it's important that I say the date because we get a lot of people who watch these back. We get a lot of people who watched these months later, and I feel like with the topic that we're discussing If you were to watch this in December or January 2027, all of this may be out of date. But right now, where we are in everything, this is very on point, this is very fresh, and it's very new, and it's very exciting. So we're gonna be here for about an hour, so get settled in, get yourself a drink, whether you are in Australia and it's very early in the morning, or whether you are over in Los Angeles and it's about 10 AM for you, so you're having like your first or second coffee of the day, or whether you're in the UK and it's 5 o'clock and you've got a beer, or if you're in Europe, you have a little glass of wine, whatever you are doing, grab a drink, get your phone ready, get your notes ready, and say hi in the chat. So we've got a lot of people that are in with us. Can you all please let me know where you are tuning in from around the world? So I'm over here in York in the United Kingdom, in England. I've been living here now for 4 years. Before that, we're in Spain for a few years. Travelled around the world, grew up in a little tiny town called Scarborough. And I'm going to show you a picture of me as a little boy, a little wee Ben soon. So we've got people from Texas, we've got people in Kent, we've got people literally all over. Now, you're going to hear me say throughout this video, and whether you're live or on the replay, I'm going to be talking about the Zoom room. So for those of you that are part of our Facebook group, you will know the link to the Zoom room, and you are more than welcome to join us at any point. Now, I'm gonna start sharing my screen, okay? Now, when I share my screen, if you're in the Zoom, it may get a little bit fuzzy just because of how the internet works. I am also live streaming this over on YouTube. YouTube, you can go maybe on your TV, you can maybe go on a different device, but it'll be a clearer, bigger picture. So you can have your laptop here, maybe have the, the TV there with on the live stream and you can follow along. But the Zoom is the best place because that will be— and I'll share more as we go over the next few days— where we're going to live build, where you're going to be able to answer questions. And if you don't know yet what the link to the, uh, YouTube is, I'll pop it in the Zoom room. So let me go ahead and share my screen. The main thing is for this week, you need to be locked into where we are. So this link for the Zoom room is the same for the next 3 days. Save it to your phone notes, save it to your computer. This Facebook group that I'm about to show with you, it's the same place every single day this week. Save it because that's where we're going to communicate and chat. And save this time in your calendar because for the next 3 days, this is where we're going to be. So let me just share my screen and you should see the Facebook group. Fantastic. So the Facebook group is here. And this is where we go in, and this is where, uh, we can share what we're building, share what we're doing, share questions. It's all in here. And this is the agenda for the next 3 days. So today is Monday the 11th. Today I'm going to be walking you through the foundations to building AI agents, okay? The pitfalls to look— what to look out for tomorrow. We're going to start to build AI agents and we're going to build them live. And hopefully there'll be some people who want to build them live with me, which will be cool. And then on Wednesday, we're going to review what we've built, share our wins, and put a plan out for the future. Okay, now if, if Tuesday and Wednesday seems a little bit far-fetched, well, this is why it's really important that we tune into today, because we're going to set the foundations. Alright, so hopefully that's a nice place to start. Now, the group has been open for a week. Okay, and I wanted to spend the last week just finding out where you all are when it comes to AI. So the first question that I asked, and I would love for all of you to put into the Zoom chat if you're with me, or even on social media, how many times a day do you chat to AI? So either put never, which 16% did, once or twice, which 30% did, quite a lot, 35%, so many times, 8%. 8% also said, I talk to AI more than my family. And then 3% said, I am AI, which is funny. So let me know that first and foremost. I want to get a feel for the room. Secondly, there was a funny little competition, not a competition, just a funny little post I wanted to do on Friday. Give me a random photo from from your camera roll. No explanation. I want to be confused. And as you can see, the group did not disappoint. We've got a little bit of everything in here and, uh, and so much more. So come and have a look at that. That's the agenda, what we've literally just spoke about just now. And here's a cool one, and this is something that I would like for you to answer in the live chat as well. What is one task you would love to remove from your day to day, right? What is the one task that you would like to remove from your day to day? And we had a variety of answers. Karen said, I actually just thought of another thing that I would really like to help me with is prioritising my assistant's tasks for the week. I like that. So not only how you can prioritise your tasks, but how can you prioritise your assistant tasks, your virtual assistant tasks? Another one, people on Facebook especially will ask you about availability instead of clicking the link and finding out for themselves. So I often have to ask a series of questions. But it would be nice to have AI to be able to customise recommendations and ask the right questions. That's phenomenal. I love that one. Another one from Karen. There's so much that Karen would like to AI. Turning my videos into social posts is a good one. I should utilise the photos and videos that I take more effectively. So I like to know what to do with them. And Sarah said time tracking. And Jilly said cleaning the oven. Unfortunately, Cleaning the oven is probably going to be 2 or 3 years away when those humanoid robots are going to be here. But for that is a good one. In the Zoom, Petra said bookkeeping. Helga has said link to reviews to bookings. Alana has said tie between social media posts and guest communications. Tricia downloading council and utility bills, answering emails and social media. Yeah, there's some good ones. Revenue management. Harro said ironing. Unfortunately, Harrow, well, I might have to wait for a bit for that. And here's the one I really wanted to ask as well. What cool tools have you built with AI? So obviously this is, this is really awesome because this is like a little, a little preview of what we're going to be doing this week. Trenton, I don't know if this is real or not, but this is my agent list at the moment that I'm building out. I love it. Hannah, I built a very basic agent and workflow that sends me a meal plan. On a Saturday morning. So not everything has to be business, you know, you can also do life stuff as well. Kevin has got a tool that auto-reviews guests, which is awesome. Holly has helped me build a laundry scheduling system for employees using engineering and steps. Fantastic. So she's got a pretty big business. They can do about £3,000 a day in their commercial laundry that they built. So that's a cool tool. Uh, Kylie, uh, Kylie's just literally getting started. Uh, Greg over in Cozumel in Mexico, uh, we use this prompt to answer questions on featured.com to get backlinks. Uh, Greg is going all in on the SEO, which is good. Uh, Zoe's built a workflow. Louise, we ask it to restyle rooms or forgotten corners and a design converting old caravan into accommodation. So some cool things there. And this is the last question that I want to ask. And already in the Zoom chat, there's people that are chatting to each other about the tools that they've built and bought, which is great. This is the final question. Rank your AI skill base. 1 is shocking, 10 is epic. So please do me a favor, give me a number between 1 and 10. Let me know where our Zoom room is today. And there's no right or wrong answer. 1 is unbelievably bad. I've never done this before. To 10, I'm the world's best. I'm Sam Altman. I'm Elon Musk. All right. Nice little variety on numbers. On the socials. How are we looking on the socials? Yeah, there's a, there's a definite range between sort of 4 and 5, which is great. So the first thing that I want to say to everybody, and I will reiterate this at the end of today's session, is that I do not want anybody to get comparisonitis. Right? As we're going through this, you're gonna have some people that'll be way ahead of you. There's going to be some people that are behind you. There's going to be some people on the same level as you. But never suffer from comparisonitis. AI is like raising kids. No two kids are the same, right? No two AIs are the same. The AI that I have and the agents that I built will be different to what Ger built, to what Jelly built, to what Chris built, to what Andrew built. To what Heather builds, to what anybody builds. You build it for you, not for anyone else. So please remember that. And you take everything at your own pace. Okay, what I'm going to show you today is going to be pretty out there. What I'm going to walk you through today can seem or might seem a little bit overwhelming. But everything that I do from here on in is going to be there to help you tackle this in your own time. Now, if that sounds good, or if that sounds like a useful use of your next 50 minutes, leave me a hell yeah in the chat, whether you're live or on the replay. And with that being said, let's crack on, shall we? So just give me your yes or yes. Do you see this Matrix moment on your screen right now? I hope so, because I've got so many windows and tabs open, you will not believe. All right, good. So welcome everybody to today's first, uh, presentation, and this is going to be day 1 of day 3. Uh, this talk of what I'm going to give you is how SDR hosts are building AI teams that work while they sleep and how you can save hours, cut costs, and build simple systems without needing to code. This talk will change how you win and run your business forever. Okay, now I hope that gets you excited. Now the reason for The Matrix is first and foremost, who's seen the movie? I'm a massive fan, uh, I absolutely love it. I remember in 1999 when the movie came out, I was 16 at the time, and it had a massive impact on me as a teenager. I, uh, in 1999, I didn't have Sky or anything like that. I had a DVD player and I bought a dodgy copy from a friend at school, and I probably watched that movie more than any other movie that I've ever watched. The only other thing that comes close is Fight Club and Wedding Crashers. It is huge. And I believe that the time we are in now is as close to The Matrix as that we will ever get or ever have been. And I'm going to walk you through my Matrix moment later on in this talk, uh, and there's a lot of references to The Matrix. So if you were a fan, prepared for those little Easter eggs that I will drop in as we go. Now, uh, I've got a warning as we get going on this. Is it going to scroll for me? Where are you going? There we go. What I'm about to show you Um, we'll give you a crazy unfair advantage. Okay. You will be instantly by watching this and by implementing this night ahead of 99% of your competition in your local area, in your country area, in your niche, whatever. This is not another AI talk about prompts and chatbots and theory. What I'm going to show you will help you build real systems and tools that will save you time, will make you money, and give you leverage. And I know this works because I've now done this talk and a version of this talk about 5 or 6 times, and every single time I've done it, I've had somebody message me afterwards or come up to me at a conference and tell me instantly what they've done. So this is not something that you'll watch today and this time next year I'll have an impact. This will have an impact straight away. And the crazy thing about this is that there's a lot of people in this short-term rental industry who do not want me to show you how simple this can be. And this will become clear as we go. I want to give a special shout out to somebody who is in the chat with us, uh, Ger Jones, part of Boostly. He, uh, is a massive part of Boostly, an unbelievably amazing guy, and he is helping me in the Zoom as as well. Can we all say thanks, Ger? He is, he is helping you all get in the room if you drop out, help get in. Uh, so please show Ger some love in, in the chat. And those of you who are part of Boostly, part of the Boostly community, you will know what an awesome person Ger is. Uh, he does our Thursday calls with the community, and again, it's been amazing to watch his growth. All right, I want to say something to start off with as well. I am not an AI expert. I am literally just a few weeks ahead of you. I am somebody that just got really inquisitive. I really wanted to find out what it was all about. I got going and here I am. Everything that I'm going to show you, I know there's going to be a small faction of people who will go, it's all right for you, you're, you're, you're Mark Simpson Booster, you know, you're, you're a computer geek, you can easily do this, I'm not ready. I want to let you know that's couldn't be further from the truth. I am literally a farmer boy from the middle of the North Yorkshire Moors who never finished school, who tried for most of his life to become a professional soccer or football player. There's just one problem with that— I'm crap at playing football. So I started coaching it. I got quite good at coaching. I traveled America for 10 years coaching soccer, came back to England, fell back into the family business in 2011, and started Boostly in 2016. I've learned everything as I've gone, and I'm literally, when it comes to AI, I'm just a few weeks ahead of you. So it doesn't matter whether you are ranked 1 or ranked yourself 2 or 3 or 4 or 5. All I want from you is by the end of this to feel like you're a level up. All right? And again, comparisonitis, we don't want none of that. And just to prove it, this is me a couple of weeks ago. I was back on the family farm and I was back at my parents' house and my mum had got a big scrap box of all of our old cuttings out. And I found this one, which I thought was funny. This was in 1991. So I'm one of these rare breeds where I was born into hospitality. And this is me here on the left. That's my brother who's on the sheep. I think he was called Tup. That's my dad here. And this was a cutout from the local newspaper. That was talking about how we had just opened up the guest house and the tea rooms on the family farm. That was a— that was us. So this is proof I'm not just saying what I'm saying. So comes on to the next question. All right, what are your goals for the next year? Right, write them down, put them in the chat, keep them somewhere safe. Okay, when I ask the question, what are your goals? Now, whenever I ask that question, it normally comes into one of three buckets. Number one, I want to make more money. Number two, I want more time. Number three, I want to be more cleverer. I want more knowledge. Alright, so you don't have to put it in the chat. If it's all three, put all three. If you want to put it in the chat, put it in the chat. If you want to write it down, write it down. It's important why you do this because what I'm going to tell you next will make it a lot more clearer. Now, whenever I've asked that question in the past, there's always 3 reasons why people come up to me and say they can't achieve them. So the last 10 years I've been talking about direct bookings, okay, and the importance of direct bookings and why you can't build your business on Airbnb or Booking.com or Vrbo, because we don't want this to become Amazon. Okay, I've said this many, many times. Just go onto my YouTube channel and watch all the talks. But, you know, Amazon absolutely dominate the book market, the e-commerce world. If you sell anything on Amazon, especially a book, they take 66% commission, which is crazy. And Airbnb want to become the Amazon of travel. It's my goal to stop that and prevent that. And I've been talking for the last 10 years about, to all of you, how to do more direct bookings, how to get more independence. And always always these 3 things come up. Mark, I haven't got the time. Mark, I haven't got the money. Mark, I haven't got the knowledge. The good thing about this is that what am I going to show you today, all of those excuses go out the window. And listen, I get it, right? You're busy running properties, solving guest issues, wearing 6 hats, life, etc. But as of today, The only thing that's gonna stop you hitting those goals or achieving your goals is your imagination, which is pretty powerful if you ask me. Now let's set the room. What I would like for you to do, whether it's in the Zoom or on YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, give me a quick yes or no. Are you currently paying $20 a month to an LLM of your choice? ChatGPT, Grok, Deepseek, Manus, Perplexity, Claude. Give me a yes or give me a no. It doesn't matter whether it's a yes or a no. So for everybody that said yes, congratulations, you are in the top 99.5%. What does that mean? Well, only 0.05% of the whole world population currently pay for an AI tool, which is crazy, right? So instantly, by you just paying $20 a month, £20 a month, whatever it is, you are currently in the 99.5— no, 99 point, uh, you get it, you're ahead, right? So fantastic. There are currently 300 million people who use ChatGPT. But only a fraction use it strategically. So ChatGPT is predominantly used by hobbyists or the general public. And the cool thing is, is that in my opinion, still, the only people that are really truthfully using AI is business owners and geeks. All right, so you are in such a fantastic advantage over everybody else. And in my opinion, this whole AI wave is just beginning. And, and look, the reason why I put this slide in is that it can seem really overwhelming. It can seem that you're already behind with all of this, right? If any of you are feeling left behind, don't be. Simply go on to Claude, ChatGPT, whatever you want, hit that $20 a month, and you're in the— you're already ahead of most. And I guarantee that your neighbor, your local competition, whatever they're doing, you are going to get ahead by simply watching this talk. All right, so hopefully that makes you feel better. If it does make you feel better, give me a hell yeah. Now, the first thing that I'm going to teach you today, the first thing that you are going to learn, is this: is that I can pretty much guarantee that the majority of you, in your experience with AI, has been the one on the left. So that's ChatGPT. So ChatGPT is like ping pong, like table tennis. Okay, so you ask a question, you get a response. You ask a question, you get a response. You hit, you get a response. This is what ping pong is. This is what table tennis is. And hopefully by now, wherever you are in life, you've had a game of table tennis at least once in your life. So you know what it's like, back and forth, back and forth. That's the old style. What I'm going to teach you today is the style on the right, which is agent. Which is golf. Okay, this is where you have your, uh, starting point. And I don't play golf, which you can tell by how I describe it, but you've got your starting point and you've got your hole. All right, the goal is to get it in the hole, and the agent will literally figure out every step, every club, every move it has to make to get it in the hole, and it will do it for you. While you sleep. Automated, proactive, all of the time. So my main goal from this is that I want to help you go from chat to agent. So as I put in the slide here, chat is your first draft machine, agent is your always-on employee. So write down two things, chat and agent, for me. Now, as I did mention at the start, uh, I'm a massive fan of The Matrix, and those of you want the little Easter eggs. Well, this is one of them. This is the Jack-in framework. This is everything that I'm going to, uh, teach you today. So we've got 4 levels to this, and I'm going to start with level number 1. So level number 1 is building the foundations. So before AI can work for you, it needs to know who you are. Now, most of you fail at this level because you try and skip it. You try and go balls deep and go straight into building AI agents. That's why they get average results. That's why they come into Facebook and go, this doesn't work for me. Because we need to put in the foundations before we can go anywhere else. Now, I guarantee there are going to be questions right now like, is this being recorded? Do you have the slides? How can I watch the replay? The answer to all of them is yes. It is being recorded, number 1. You will get the slides at the end, I promise. Number 3, you can watch this back many, many times. And even better, what you can do after all of this is you can come into YouTube, and I'm going to show you something really cool at the end. So make sure you hang around. And if you have to duck out for whatever reason in life, Come back at the end and you'll watch the replay. Now, getting back on track, we need to put the foundations in before we can go any further. So remember what I said to you when I said that, what are your goals? So the reason why I asked you what your goals are is because we need to give our large language model custom instructions. All right. In very, very simple terms, it needs to know who you are, what you do, how you sound, what you never do, and how to speak to you. Alright. So normally what people would get you to do here is to open up your LLM of choice and voice dump in. We haven't got that luxury of time. So to speed things up, if you go and scan this QR code, or if you're watching on Zoom, if you go to this link, It will take you to a Google Doc. Now, this is the one that I use for my custom instructions. Now, you are more than welcome to copy this in full, paste it into your large language model of choice, and bespoke it for you and put it in. Now, you may be thinking, but Mark, where do I put it in? Well, very simply, if I'm in Claude, let's just say you got your main thing here, then you've got your settings page here, and then you've got custom instructions. You pop it in there, all right? You paste it in here. This will be how it knows how to talk to you. And the cool thing is, is that every single time that you go in, because you've given it the context of who you are, what you do, what you want to achieve, it will know who you are and how to interact with you. Now, that's the same for if you're on ChatGPT. You've got the settings here, personalization, same, same. It's the same for Perplexity. It's the same for Manus. So Perplexity, Manus, you name it. But it needs to have those custom instructions. The reason why most of you fall down at this stage is because you don't give your large language model of choice the core essentials of who you are. What are your goals? What do you want to achieve? So that's step 1. Have you all done that? Give me a yes or yes in the chat. If you've not done it, um, please let me know. Okay, good. So for everybody that has done that, fantastic. If you haven't done that, that will be your homework today, and it literally takes 2 minutes. It's copy, personalize, and paste. Right, let's move on to the next one. So level 2 is called NotebookLM. Now, NotebookLM is a Google tool, right? And it's powered by AI. Shock. It can turn anything into a video, a transcript, a PDF, a podcast, anything, and you can even turn it into videos. So you can put transcriptions from YouTube videos into it. You can take, uh, uh, podcasts. You can take, uh, transcriptions from a Zoom call like this one, and you can put it into NotebookLM. And just to show you how easy it is, I'm going to come into a previous video that we did. Let me do this one. I So with the amazing Rose Tipcat, I'm going to come into more. I'm going to come down to transcript here. I'm going to hit copy and A, right? So I've taken the full video from YouTube. Notebook LM is notebooklm.google.com. Can somebody please put that in the chat? And you're going to click on create new notebook. All right. And all you're going to do is add sources. Copy text and paste. You can also add in the, the link to the actual YouTube video if you wanted to. So you click on there and there. And as you can see, for the sources, you can upload files. So you could upload a PDF, you could upload a Google Sheet, you could upload something from your Google Drive, from any website. And once the data is in there, all you have to do then is tap one of these buttons. So that's audio. That's slides. That's an infographic. You can even create a video. Now you may be thinking, Mark Simpson, well, what's the actual like use case of this? Well, there's loads. For example, if— hands up in the room, or just put a management. Do you do a management model for your business? Just give me a little management model. If you offered a management model, for your business, or you could even do this for arbitrage, right? So Jelly, Kevin, this is for you. Now, if any of you do prospecting calls on Zoom, right, you can have a Zoom call with a prospect, right? So you can say, listen, really going to look after your property in York. You know, we've been doing this for years, yada, yada, yada. You can have the call and then you'll go, I'm going to send you some information after the call and we're looking forward to working with you. Instantly, as soon as the call ends, you've got the transcript. You can copy the transcript, paste it into NotebookLM, and it will turn it into a stunning presentation that you will then download and send to your prospect. Now, I guarantee that 99% of them will never have heard of NotebookLM, and you will blow their minds by taking your Zoom call with a proposal and a very nice custom, uh, slideshow that you will then send to them. And in true Blue Peter style. Let me see which— as you can see, I'm a little bit addicted to NotebookLM. I've got quite a lot. Let me just do this, right? As you can see here, I turned a Zoom call into a stunning presentation that I sent to them, and they were blown away by this. And this was a, um, I think I was doing a marketing audit. So again, for anybody that wants to do this, NotebookLM is free. I'll get your attention. And it's so easy to do. And it literally takes minutes. So, uh, this is okay. This is cool. This is an infographic. So this again, all I did is I went onto YouTube, copied, pasted, hit a button, and it's turned it into a social media graphic. I could put that onto LinkedIn and it'll make me sound smart. I can put that onto Facebook and people will go, wow, that's awesome. Right? So again, it's super, super cool. Give me a quick yes or no. Have you done that before? And again, you can put in data. Like when my finance team have sent me data in spreadsheets, I can't read it. My eyes fuzz over. But if I put it into a nice podcast, I can listen to it. Uh, didn't even know the potential. So if you've never done that before, You're at level 2. So fantastic. I've got some homework for you. And the cool thing is you can do it literally after this call. I guarantee you'll be able to go and do it. Right. Let's go on to level 3. Now this is where we level up. Now before, before we go to level 3, I want to get a little feel for the room. So the Zoom room, social media, we've got a lot of people tuning in on social media, Zoom room. With what I've showed you so far, 1 being this is awful, this is the worst thing I've ever seen in my life, to 10, my mind is blown. Where are you at right now? 0 being awful, 10 being mind blown. Where are we at? Okay, cool. And be, you know, you don't, you don't have to be kind. I just want to know where we're at. Good. All right. This is nice. All right. Well, if you like this, get ready for this. Next. Is Lovable. Okay, so Lovable is another free tool. The more you use it, you will get billed, but this is a free tool. It's called lovable.dev. If someone can please pop it in the chat. This is where you can really do some cool stuff. And this is where a lot of people in the industry do not want me to show you this because it gets pretty crazy. So you can build apps and websites in minutes with one prompt. A prompt is a command. A prompt is an ask, right? So just as an example, you can build your own welcome guidebook. So those of you that use a guidebook tool that you may pay for, you can now do it for free. So you no longer have to pay that $20, $30, $40, $50 a month. You could build a booking dashboard. So if you've ever paid for someone to put you a booking dashboard together, you can do this for free. Guest FAQ bot. You could build it for free. So if you get questions asked a lot, you could build it for free in here. All right, let me go and show you. Now what I would like for you to do, have a little think. What would you like for me to build? Pop it in the chat. And I'll take the best one and we'll build it live on this call. If anybody's got a digital guidebook, give me the link to your guidebook that you currently pay for and I'll see if I can build it live on this call. The first person to pop it in the Zoom room, give me the link. I'll see if I can build our version. Oh, Anthony Rallo, you've got Starite in there. Alright. So now tell me, Anthony, is this one that you built or did you pay for this? That's not paid. Yes, you built this. All right, here's one. Ew, ew. What we got here? That's welcome screen. I'm not doing that one. What's this one? Linda. All right, cool. So let's have a little look here. So what I'm going to do, Linda, is we're going to— and First and foremost, do I have your permission to build you this for free? Just give me a yes in the chat. We're going to do Linda's because Anthony, you, you built yours, you clever little cat. So I want to do this with Linda's, right? Okay, so this is very, very simple. Now what we need to do on Lovable is we need to give it the data, all right? Because nothing can be done without the data. So let me come on over here. Now I will give you the context, is that if you're watching this on Zoom, it may look a little blurry. So if you want to get the more high-res version, open up your TV, go on to the Boostly YouTube, and, uh, it's live right there. So you can watch it high-res, and so we can start to play. And if you want to start doing this yourself, you want to be an eager beaver, go to lovable.dev, create your account, and let's see what cool stuff we can build together. I want to show you how simple this is. So first and foremost, what I'm going to do is I'm going to take a screenshot. Okay, as you can see here, because I like your colors and I assume you want to keep the colors as is. Now I'm going to open up my AI of choice. So for this, I'm going to do it with ChatGPT, but I'm going to use a tool called Prompt Engineer. Now Prompt Engineer is a totally free tool within ChatGPT. And for those of you that are in the Zoom room, I've just put it in the chat now. So go and save it. Now what Prompt Engineer is, is it will take my brain dump and it will turn it into descriptions that it will pass to AI to build. Okay. So just bear that in mind. So all I'm going to do is I'm going to come into here and I'm going to click info. Fun. Fantastic. So can I print this off? Oh, even better. Right, so the cool thing about this, it saved me a lot of time because I can turn this into a PDF. So I'm going to turn it into a PDF. While it's downloading, I'm going to come back into this and I'm going to give you another tool, ladies and gents. It's called Whisperflow. Now, Whisperflow And if anybody has got a referral code, please pop it in the chat. Whisperflow is a tool that I use more than any other. The reason being is, is that I type like a caveman. I'm like that. I can speak a lot quicker. So I use Whisperflow, uh, to voice note in my things that I want AI to do. And if you use Whisperflow, please give me a hashtag Whisperflow team. There's so many people that use it. It's worth a ton, a ton of money now. It's gonna, you know, it's gonna, it's gonna be worth loads. And if you've got a referral link, pop it in there because I think if you use someone's referral link and if you're not using it, they get some, they get some credits. So go and give other people those credits. Now, Whisperflow, I'm using it right now. So let me just give you the, let me give it the basis. And I'm gonna add the PDF because it's being downloaded while I'm talking. Okay, I want for you to please, um, design me a prompt that I can put into Lovable to build out my own digital guidebook. This is my setup that is currently on another site, but I'm paying for it and I want to build it myself for free. So I want for you to look at the colors and get the color code I want for you to look at the PDF, unpack it, and put it all together so I can build out the best, uh, welcome guide app that I can give to my guests when they come and check in at my property. You need to audit everything that you do and make this the best welcome guide app ever. Any questions, let me know. So I've just spoken that in. As you can see, it's turned it into words. And now what it's going to do, the reason why we do ChatGPT first is that it's going to take that screenshot, take that PDF, and it's going to turn it into the prompt or the command that I am going to pop into Lovable. So instead of me just going straight to Lovable and brain dumping something in, it's going to take my brain dump and put it into a, into a command and workflow that anything or anyone can understand. Now, have I lost anybody there, or do you all understand that? Give me a yes or yes in the chat if you're following what I'm doing. The prompt, uh, Tamara, I literally mouth dumped it in, but if you want to, you can have it. It's, it's here. I literally just mouth dumped it in, but that's the prompt that I did. If you like it, take it. So as you can see here, what it's done is it's built out the prompt. So Linda, it's got all of your details in here. It's got the color code, if you can see that. It's got the design. It's got all of this cool stuff. Right. Just for the sake of speed, I'm not going to read it all. And I'm just going to assume it's epic and I'm going to put it in. Now, Linda, I'm going to share with you this prompt so that you can go on to Lovable and can create it for free afterwards. If that sounds good, let me know. Linda, please email me mark@boostly.co.uk and just say, hey, I'm Linda from Seagull Studio vacation in California. Sorry, Columbia, Canada. And I'll send you this prompt. Give me a thumbs up, Linda. When you know and see this. All right, I think this is done. Brilliant. All right, I hope you're all ready for this, peoples, because this is where it gets funky. I've copied this, right, and I've pasted this. So for anybody who is going, listen, Mark, I don't know website design, I don't know how to build an app, I can't build a digital guidebook, I haven't got the time, I haven't got the money, I hope in your mindset this is currently being eradicated. So any mental blocker that you've got, I hope what I'm showing you now is eradicating this. Time, it's taken me, what, 2 minutes to do? Knowledge, I've copied and pasted and brain dumped. I think we all can do that. Money, it's free. And if anything, it's going to cost you very, very little. Um, on Lovable. Okay, so as you can see now, it's building it. So it's going and building it. I will come back to this. What I want to do is I will show you a couple of the cool things that I have built in Lovable. So number one, what have I built in Lovable? So me and the family are going on a on a trip around the United States in the summer. We land on the 18th and we leave on the 27th of August. I put this into an app to share with the kids to get them really excited. What else have I done on here? I have built this. And again, I had the data and I just basically turned it into a deal analysis toolkit. Uh, so you can— any property that you see, you can analyze it and it will tell you whether to go for it or not. You can do it on rental arbitrage or buy, and there's all those cool things that you can do. Again, I just had a spreadsheet. I literally just had a spreadsheet. Um, uh, what else did I do? So I recently spoke at this event, and because I wanted to impress the owners of the event, I turned their website into an app and a schedule. So that was pretty cool. And again, all of this I did in, in minutes. Oh, at the moment, and you all might like this. So at the moment, I'm promoting this. In October, I'm going to be in Nashville for Vurma International. And we've taken over a big hotel. And we're going to be having like a mini retreat. and I put together a website literally in minutes with it. And if you want to find out more about that, slide into my DMs afterwards. But again, built it on Lovable. As you can see, I'm pretty, uh, pretty addicted when it comes to it, and I've put a lot of tools in here, uh, including our brand voice tool. So again, uh, I will put this link in. This is one of my favorite ones that I've built. A lot of you really struggle when it comes to branding, or a lot of you really struggle when it comes to your brand voice and how to properly structure your website, your listing, your copy. So, um, if you go and take that, it literally takes 10 minutes to fill in. You can voice note it or type it, and it will give you a proper brand voice afterwards that, you know, you can do loads with. So again, absolutely free. Go and have fun with it. Alright, let me come back into the Seagull studio. How are we getting on? It's still going. It will turn it into something cool. So let me come back to it. Alright, so while we're on the fact, has anybody been using Lovable? Has anybody been designing anything cool with it? Put the link in the chat. Where do these apps live? Mark Simpson, phenomenal question. It lives in Lovable, but as you can see, here, when I click publish, I can buy a custom domain for it. So I can buy a custom domain for it and then it will look good. So if you go to Backstage Nashville, that's the domain I bought, uh, the Bruce Lee brand voice just has lovable app on the end of it. So it's, it's good either way. Um, if you already have a guidebook, can you use the data to make it your own? Yeah, 100%. It's your data, it's yours, it's your property. Copy paste. Go have fun. Go have fun tomorrow. If you already have a domain, can you link to it? Yes, 110%. Great questions. All right. Uh, has anybody built anything on Lovable before? If you have, put the link in. Let me give you a little bit of love. I'm going to show you some cool case studies in a second, but I thought that we'd do it. All right. Uh, Tim, you got to give me your You've got to give me your actual web link. That will take me to your project. All right, what's this? Tim has done this. This is Tim's version. Love this. Okay, so Tim has built this. This is his digital guidebook, uh, that he has put together. And again, as you can see here, it's done on Lovable for Tollgate Farm Inn. And again, Tim, how many minutes did it take for you to do this? Couple? Maybe 3 or 4? All right, we will come back to that. All right, let me move on. 12 minutes. Fantastic. Okay, so this is level 4. Now, if you haven't done level 3 yet, that's the level that you want to be at. If you've already done level 3, this is where I want you to go, because this is your— this is where it starts to get a bit funky. This is your AI agent coworker. This is where AI stops helping with one task at a time and starts running jobs in the background and on a schedule. It logs in at scheduled times, checks systems, collects data, and reports back. You assign the job, it does the legwork, you review the results. So it logs in on a schedule, it checks your systems, it sends reports, and it runs repeat tasks. This is your first AI employee. And it never calls in sick, never gets in a mood, and it always works at 100%. Now, I wanted to show examples of this in action, and I wanted to show examples of this in action for other hosts. And these are people that I've been interviewing on the Boostly podcast for the last couple of months. So as I've been building, I really didn't want it just to be the Mark Simpson show. I wanted for everybody to be able to document their journey and share their wins. So Jason, top left, he built his own AI guest messaging tool. So he built his own AI-powered guest messaging chatbot, and that saved him $50 a month compared to what he was paying another provider for. And those guest messaging tools, he has properties in Nashville, It was set up so simply. It wasn't in Lovable. He was building it with a tool like Claude, for example, but easily to be done. Clive, he built his own AI operations tool. So he created an AI called Big Lou. All right, great name. And Big Lou was handling issues. So there was a guest that reported a broken plug. Okay. The guests emailed in, Big Lou, the AI agent took care of it. It found a repair person. It communicated with the repair person via email. The repair person emailed back. The repair person emailed Big Lou. Big Lou checked with the customer and arranged for a time and date for him to go in and do the fix. It was all done via AI. Clive was not involved at all. It was insane. That was his matrix moment. And then we've got Laura, uh, Laura Muse. And Laura, if she's not here with us live, she'll definitely be watching back on, on the replay. Um, Laura built her own upsell tool. So Laura, uh, has got a really cool business in Buxton called Muse Escapes, and a big part of her business isn't so much the revenue that comes in for the booking it's for the upsells that she provides for guests. And I've been a guest at Muse Escapes, I can speak to this 100%. We, um, organize private chefs with Laura, we organized, uh, birthday balloons because my wife's 40th when we went. And she's a, a massive, massive expert on upsells, so she decided to turn her expertise into a tool. She built this tool and she promoted it and she sold it to other hosts, and now she's made just $2,000 in a few weeks by selling tool. And she built all of that in Lovable, which is phenomenal. This is an agent doing the work and all of the things that go aside it. So these are like real results from real hosts. And the cool thing about Laura and Clive and Jason, they're just like me. We're not experts in AI, we're not developers, we're not coders, we're just engineers. We're just people that are just a bit inquisitive. And here's another cool example. This is Scott. Okay, so Scott connected his PMS hospitable to Claude. All right. And this story is an awesome one. And you can scan this QR code if you want to get the exact same tool that Scott got. So Scott connected his hospitable to Claude. And when he connected his PMS to Claude, you're able to do so much more. So basically Claude had all of the information that it needed. And Scott went on to Claude and he had a bit of a dry spell with bookings. Who is, who here has got dry spell with bookings? I guarantee there's some of you that need bookings. He did a very simple thing. He went into it and he said, you've seen all my bookings from 2025. As you can see, I've got availability in 2026 for these properties. I want for you to craft a message to anybody that stayed with me in 2025. Doesn't matter whether they stayed on Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, or direct. And I want for you to send them a message to say, hey, thanks so much for staying with us in the past. We have availability coming up in the same property that you stayed with. Would you like to rebook? I'm probably going to butcher how he, how he described it, but that's the— that's a breakdown of what he did. and by simply doing a proactive outreach, a proactive message out, it resulted in over $6,000 of bookings. And again, it took a lot for me to convince Scott to come on the podcast because he was really shy. It was his first ever podcast he's ever done, but he broke it down so smoothly. And that was just one example that he did with this, and it didn't cost him any money. It was so easy to do, and it resulted in $6,000 worth of bookings, which is, which is awesome. And again, it was one of my favourite podcast episodes I've done in a while. Because again, it just broke down that myth of time, money, and knowledge. Um, so that link will take you to Boostly Connect, boostlyconnect.com. It's totally free to get going. Just go on to there, you can connect it up to Claude. And again, I'll give you that link at the end if you need it. All right, so I've shared with you number one, the custom instructions. I've shared with you NotebookLM. I've shared with you Lovable, and I've shared with you Agents. Now, uh, before we go on to the next bit, because the next bit is where it gets sexy, I wanted us to come back and show you Lovable. So Linda, this is for you. And Kelly, Logify is on there right now, and I'll walk you through that at the end. So Linda, this is for you. This is your new guidebook that you can send to guests. And the cool thing about this is that this is just version 1. If there's anything that you don't like, you can just tap a few buttons and you can make an amendment. So you can go look at the info, you can go look at the map, you can go look at search, you can go everything. And if anything's not right, You just said yes, Logify is ready. If you go, uh, if there's anything that you don't like, then you can just come into here and say, hey, go and do this. And if you want to, you can swap it from desktop to mobile to tablet and etc., etc. And again, all you need to do, click that, click publish, and it's live. So Linda, I hope you like it. Um, uh, send me an email and I'll give you the exact prompt that I did so you can go into Lovable and do it for you. But hopefully that shows you how easy it is to do lovable. Uh, cool. I'm glad you like that. All right. So going back to those levels, level 1, which was custom instructions. Give me a level 1 if that's where you're at right now. So who is at level 1? Who needs to do that? NotebookLM, if you're at level 2, Give me a level 2. That's what you need to be doing today is NotebookLM. And don't worry, I'll give you all of these links and I'll give you all of these slides at the end. If you've never done Lovable before, you're at level 3. So if you've done 1 and 2 but you've never done Lovable, go to there and build something. That is your homework for these 3 days. Okay, and I want to see what you can build. A guidebook is just an example. There's so much more that you could do. If you've done lovable, level 4 is for you. So can you go and build an agent that can do those things? And again, that you go to— can, uh, let me show you where to go for it. So you go to boothlyconnect.com, it'll take you into here, right? Go and sync up your PMS. And Helgi and Kirsty, you were asking for this, uh, Logify is here. Go connect up your PMS, bring all that in here. And once you've done that, click Claude. If you want to create agents, I've created them for you based on all of the use cases that you've given me. So if you come into this, come down to here, I'm ready for you. But I want to be really clear, if you're at level 1, do not go creating agents today. Set your foundations, take your stepping stones, don't do comparisonitis. If you're at level 2, uh, on notebook, don't go into agents. If you're at level 3, go do level 3. And if you're at level 3, if you've done notebook and you're ready for the next step, come on in and let's have a little bit of fun with that one. But I want to show you level 5, and this is where I'm at. This is where the matrix becomes real. And again, if you like The Matrix, you'll recognize this part in the movie. This is what I built. And, um, I tried to think of the best way to describe this, but these are my agents. So, uh, what you're about to see is going to be pretty cool and pretty mind-blowing. And again, I don't show you this to show off, it's just to show you where, where I'm at. These are my AI agents that I built. So I have got, uh, 13 active agents, and they do lots of things for me all the way throughout the day. And you'll notice by looking at the names that, uh, I've got a Greek mythology theme going here. So my main agent is Icarus. Icarus is my AI chief of staff. If you're part of Boostly, you will know who Icarus is because Icarus is now emailing Boostly members, finding out about them, sending them SEO blogs, giving them help and advice. He is my AI chief of staff. And the reason why I called him Icarus is because in Greek mythology, Icarus was this, this chap who was given wings and he got too cocky and he flew too close to the sun and he burned and died. This is my daily reminder to not get too cocky with all of this. Do not try and think I'm better than I am and always stay within my lane. Uh, now Icarus has created all of these other agents for me. I didn't do this. AI and Icarus has done this for me. And all of these other agents have their own tasks, whether it is sales, whether it is, uh, reporting, whatever it may be. Now, when I went down this rabbit hole of OpenClaw and Claude Code and all of this, I had one goal and one goal only, and that was to not make it, uh, an expensive hobby. I wanted it to actually have results, monitorial results. And, um, to give you a bit of context, last year with Boostly, I, uh, hired, um, salespeople to help me to speak to hosts and to find out where they're at and if they need any further help. I probably spent over $50,000 doing that last year, and every single one of them had zero results. Uh, in January this year, I was watching what other people were doing with AI. I was watching the YouTube videos, I was interviewing people, etc. And at the end of January and the end of February, I fired my last salesperson. I was like, no, I'm done with this. And on March 1st, I decided to go all in and build out my own AI agent. I built Icarus. Icarus created Hermes, and within 7 days, Icarus had, uh, used Hermes to speak to a host that had spoken to us back in 2024 who had shown a bit of interest in Bruce Lee but didn't do anything. Uh, Hermes reached out, composed a very custom email based on the results that we've had with people in the area, etc., etc. That person got the email, liked it, booked a call, spoke to our human salesperson, and they signed up to Boostly the next day. That was $5,000, right? Instantly, within 7 days, the AI had a better result than the humans had done all last year. And the reason being is that lead was just in there. Nobody, no human thought to go there because humans, for whatever reason, they want new, new, new, new bookings, new leads, etc. That was my aha moment. And since then, since the 1st of March, and what we're at now, we're on the 11th of May, I just literally went into my tool that's called Telegram that I chat to it, and I just said, hey, since we've been going how much, uh, how much revenue was coming from the work that you've been doing, and it's $54,000. I've spent $4,000. So again, comparisonitis— don't try and spend $4,000, please. Uh, but the return on investment is huge. And for me now, these 16 agents are doing so much, uh, behind the scenes, whether it's sales or operations. And the cool thing about, uh, Boostly is that we hire over 20 humans, members of staff. And what I've been doing since I've been doing this is I now show every single one of them how to create their own agents that will help them and improve them in their day-to-day role, uh, at, uh, at Boostly. So for instead of being a team of 20, we're now like a team of 100, which is great. And the cool thing about Telegram and OpenClaw is that I can just voice note into it what I want for it to do. So if I come in and say, uh, hey Icarus, give me a voice note and give me a summary of where we're at with everything. Let me know where we're doing, what we have to work on. Is there anybody that we can help, anybody within Boothly that we need to help out and reach to? So I've just sent that, that voice note, as you can see here. Uh, hey Icarus, give me a voice note and give me a— so it's now thinking and it will come back to me in a couple of seconds' time, and it will give me a full synopsis of where we're at and what we need to do. And that is literally what I'm doing on a, on a day-to-day basis. That was my Matrix moment. So, uh, those of you that are fans of the movie, you will know what I'm gonna ask next. So which pill are you taking? There's going to be two lines of people that are going to be here. Number one is the blue pill. If you've seen the movie. You're gonna stay the same. You're gonna, you're gonna say this is hype. You're gonna say that this is nothing that will impact you or help you, and you'll be the blue pill. So that will stay where exactly where you are. You'll still spend money on expensive software that you don't need and hope that the competition don't catch you. Or you're the second kind where you're going to take the red pill and you're going to take the leap You're gonna build these AI tools out and you're gonna change your business forever. So choose wisely, pop it in the comments, uh, because the Matrix is watching. So if you're red pill, which is a lot of red pills, just so you're aware, the question is, where do we get started? And it's a phenomenal question to ask. Right? Where do I get started? So very, very simple. For the next 7 days— well, actually, I would like to do it in the next 24 hours because we've got a 3-day challenge here between the 3 of us. Uh, for the next 7 days, I want for you to track every digital task that you do. So unfortunately, Harrow, not the ironing. Unfortunately, Julie, not the washing. But every digital track that you do, write it down, put it in your phone, put it in Google Sheets, write it down, whatever. Then what I want for you to do is I want for you to review the list and I want for you to give everything a number. So number 1 is it's only you can do that task. So it's highly important or personal to you. Only you can do it. Number 2 is it's important, but somebody else can do it. And number 3 is I shouldn't be doing it at all. Right? The journey to 16 AI agents and 1,000 automations begins with a single task. So what I want for you to do, and this is your homework for the next 24 hours, is write down what that task is. Okay, so you might know what it is already. Write down that digital task, right? And write down that digital task that you do that's time-consuming and that you didn't enjoy, right? If you're feeling up for it, pop it down in the Zoom chat now and tell me what is that digital task you shouldn't be doing. I asked in the Facebook group and there was some really cool examples, but I'm interested to know what yours is. Well, I've got things like owner's reports, guest newsletter, account in reconciliation. Really good ones. I want more and more. And more of those. And that is going to be what we're going to build tomorrow. So I'm excited. All right. Now, before you get started, I've got 4 warnings for you. And there are 4 things that you need to know. Number 1, it's very addictive. Once you go down the rabbit hole, you're in it and you're going to want to keep doing it. It's like playing the video game. Right? The video game that has just got unlimited rewards. So, you know, playing video games back in the day, um, you were just basically playing for the game, but now you can play that can actually impact your life, which is phenomenal. Number 2, don't go and throw all of your personal and private information into AI. So be sensible. Don't go and give it all your bank details. Don't put financial details into prompts. Never share passwords. And if you want to start off with, just use dummy data. But As you build those guardrails, as you get more confident, you can start to do more with it. But don't just go throwing willy-nilly in. Number 3 is always make sure that you check what your AI is doing. So don't just blindly trust it that it's doing everything right, okay? These agents are powerful, but they can make mistakes. Always review before you send. All right, so very, very important here. I've got this bit here that says keep humans in the loop. I always say this, that it will get you 80% of the way there. Use the last 20% for your, uh, personal expertise, your own common sense, right? Don't just blindly trust these things. And finally, and I want to reiterate this one more time, do not get comparisonitis. right? No two AI setups are the same. Your business is unique to you. Your goals are unique to you. Your journey is unique to you. And the thing that I want to get across is that progress beats perfection. It's so easy in the past to watch a Zoom call like this, watch a live video like this, watch a presentation like this, and go, ah yeah, that's good, I'll get on to this tomorrow. Right? Just start. Uh, one thing that I said is that I've got a real cool hack for you at the end. So if you want today's notes and the slides from today's sessions, just go on to Instagram, right? Go on to Instagram and go to Boostly UK. All right, B-O-O-S-T-L-Y UK, uh, on Instagram, and just message me one word and one word only, which is matrix. So go to instagram.com/boostleyuk and send me one word and one word only, that is Matrix, and I'll send you the slides, the notes, and so much other cool stuff as well. If for whatever reason you're not using Instagram, uh, just email me mark@boostley.co.uk. So it's the one word and one word only, Matrix. I'll send you everything. And then with those notes and those slides, you can literally download it with these custom instructions, and you can put them into your AI of choice, and you can say, hey, help me build this. So let's very quickly recap on where we are at. This is what we've done today. We've established the difference between chat and agent. We've done the Jack-in framework. We've got our custom instructions in place. We've learned NotebookLM. We've done Lovable, and we've created a digital guidebook to help. Linda, how much were you paying? Just out of instance, you were, you were saving money every month by literally building a guidebook within literally 5 minutes. And there's so much more that we can do with that. Uh, we've gone through some, uh, real case studies of AI agents and coworkers in place with guest messaging tools, AI operations, and upsell tools. We learned about Scott, who connected up Hospitable to Claude via this free tool here, and he made lots of money. And I showed you my journey into what I've built and my matrix moment. So, uh, which pill are you taking? Red pill, blue pill? Uh, and where do we get started? All right, all, I'm gonna leave it there. Um, So like I said, I really hope you've enjoyed that. Let me just finish with a quick question. Um, 1 being what have I just watched, it's the worst thing I've ever seen, to 10, my mind is blown, I want to get going, I want to get started. Where, where are we all sitting right about now? Cool. Well, if we are getting excited, well, this is just to start. This is just day 1. All right, today is the day where I'm going to fill your brains. Tomorrow we're going to build. So what I want for you to do over the next 24 hours is I want for you to use these tools and put things in place. If you're at level 1, go and do your custom instructions. If you're at level 2, go show— go get Notebook LMS and show me what you're creating, and I'm going to do some tomorrow with you. If you're at level 3, livable, let— we'll build something tomorrow at 5 o'clock. Give me examples on what you want us to build. And then on Wednesday we're gonna showcase them, we're gonna look at some cool things, and, uh, I'll maybe see if I can find some special guests to join me and they can walk us through what they've built. And then we'll end it on Wednesday. Join me tomorrow at 5 o'clock. We've got the WhatsApp group chat going, uh, that I'm gonna open up for everybody. Uh, we've got the Facebook group going so you can come on in and leave comments and links, etc. and obviously we've got the Zoom room as well. If you're watching over on LinkedIn, if you're watching over on Facebook, if you're watching over on YouTube and you're like, what's this Zoom room that he keeps talking about? Come on into the Facebook group. Just go search for Boost Your Bookings Bootcamp on Facebook, uh, and I'll show you how to get into those links, but it's super, super simple. Um, all right, everybody. I'll be back tomorrow. Just give me a quick yes or no. Are you going to be joining me tomorrow, 5 PM UK, 12 PM Eastern? Put it into your calendar, put it into your— put it into your phone notes, set your alarm so you don't miss it. We'll be back tomorrow. Thank you so much for joining me. We've gone a little over the hour. I do apologize, but I really wanted to get it all across. And if you've watched that presentation before, I am always reiterating it, and I will— I know exactly what I have to do to take out the bits I want to reiterate. For those of you that have turned your videos on, thank you so much. It was cool to see your faces and your reactions as we've been, uh, as we've been going. Uh, let's do this. If you could all just do me a massive favor and just turn on your cameras, I want to get a little picture so I can post it on social media. You don't have to, but it'd make my day if you would do. Uh, on the count of 3, I would love you all just to give me a little wave and a little smile, and I'll put it on the Facebook, I'll put it on the LinkedIn. On the count of 3, 1, 1, 2, 3. Thank you so much, everybody. All right, have a good day. Have a good morning. Have a good afternoon. Those of you that's time-wise behind us, you've got loads of time to go and build. Those of you watching in Australia, you've got to get caught up, but I'll be back tomorrow. All right, take care all. Thank you so much. Have a good day. Have a great night. Thank you. Thank you. All right, social media.
