Short YouTube video (Mark Simpson) in which a speaker predicts rapid advances in AI over the next 2–3 years and argues those advances will dramatically transform property management. The speaker emphasizes uncertainty about exact outcomes but foresees large, industry-wide impact because property-management software ecosystems are already interconnected; he compares the change to autonomous driving for ride-hailing and stresses that human property managers (relationship holders) will remain important even as AI dominates operational tasks.

I don't even know how we would. But zooming two to three years from now, it's impossible for me to imagine how fast and how good it's going to get. And so I think that's what I'm most excited about is kind of the uncertainty of how good it's going to get and then how that can actually apply tangibly to these operators and building it alongside these operators. It's like you've talked to any of our customers. You know, we have this big Slack channel. We're basically pushing new features every couple of weeks and we're just getting started, you know. So imagine where we're going to be in a couple of years. I say, I think generally, if I were to sum it up, I guess a long story long is that it's just that the sheer impact that AI is going to have specifically on an industry that's tied to all of these softwares that are already talking to each other makes it the perfect candidate for something that's going to have the highest impact. I kind of make the equivalence to, like, Uber going from having drivers to just going fully autonomous. That's not going to save them 10 or 15%. That is literally going to dominate the entire thing. And I'm not saying we're going to replace property managers, because those are, at the end of the day, the people that have the relationships with the owners and they need to operate, but I just think that people have no idea how big this is going to be.
