Talking about the short term rental industry and the future of it, but really you also have to be talking about how the travel industry is changing and like the travelers preferences and now you have the new generations coming and they, they look at travel very differently than someone who's been doing this for decades. I could just stay there, you know. And they're staying at a short term rental because of the amazing furnishings and what else it gets you to the market and all that extra stuff that other property types can't offer as much.
