Are you going to be looking to create more of these kind of themed. And what is the benefit of, of doing these?
I do think it creates a higher nightly revenue because you're selling not just a home, but you're selling an experience like we said. Right. I do think that's the future of Airbnb and short term rentals in general. The markets, at least here in the US Getting pretty saturated with a lot of Airbnbs and in Texas are there's not a lot of regulations to make it harder to start a short term rental. So they're popping up all over the place. I think San Antonio and Houston, Texas are one of the top three in terms of number of short term rentals that have gone to the market in the past year. So it's, it's definitely made a little more difficult to stand out. But creating these unique properties, I think that's the future to get people to, to book. And yeah, our next property that we, we're actually remodeling right now is a five bedroom luxury property that we're making all candy themed. So.
