We're focused on using AI for chat, but I think where the real shift in this industry comes in with AI is in the back office. Like, AI is really good at the payroll tax, accounting, tot, all this really repetitive tasks that are done in the back office. AI is going to be able to automate a lot of these tasks and lower the barrier to entry into this industry, which in turn is going to raise the bar for competition and directly improve the guest experiences and the hospitality operators are able to provide with all the time that gets freed up and not having to spend so much capital on the back office tasks that no one really even sees.
