A short interview-style YouTube video where James (representing LiveSwitch) introduces himself and explains LiveSwitch as a widely used but often unrecognized web real-time communication technology. The speaker frames LiveSwitch as an "intel inside" type product focused on delivering web real-time communication capabilities to developers and end-users.
