Easiest way to explain that to people because everyone understands it is, you know, the EasyJet model. EasyJet EasyJet launch a flight in November and you know and you can get on that flight for 30 quid but that price gets actively managed and you know and if they launch that flight in August it won't be 30 quid to start with anyway. So there's a seasonality to it. But you know they basically run sort of two pricing models but they basically run an occupancy pricing model. So basically they have thresholds that when five seats get sold the price goes up five quid. Another five seats gets sold it goes up another five quid and so you go on. So unlike a sort of rental property where it's £600amonth and that's what it is, you know you'll have you know you might have and typically you would have, you know, different different prices for almost even every day of the week. You know, typically.
