And I was thinking about my talk for today, which should have been from guest to Superfan, the step by step guide to creating brand advocates. And I was thinking, could we do that or could we do something a little bit different? So I put the message out in our WhatsApp group chat for this event, and I put a poll, and I'm going to ask all of you to participate in a second.
