Do you still see value in having direct booking, or is direct booking specifically for somebody with a larger portfolio?
It's a really good question, and the answer is it depends. Falls down to two categories. Number one, you're either going to be a hobbyist host. Hobbyist host is somebody that maybe wants to be doing this as not their main income, but it could be just something that you just wanted to do as a hobby. It could be whatever that context may be. Others, number two, where this is like your business is going to be driving revenue for you and your family for years to come, and you're looking to sort of start and one on two, but your ambition is to go 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. If you fall into category two, it doesn't matter whether you've got one property, two property or 10 properties. The sooner you start, the better.
